2Don't hope for fair treatment. I proved my case of attorney negligence but because I represented myself, the PLM claims attorney dismissed my documentation and encouraged me to hire yet another attorney. Pamela Stendahl made it personal against me when the issue was a mistake made by the attorney who took responsibility for the mistake in writing. Unbelievably unprofessional behavior. High school gossip tactics. If you have a case, hire the attorney and go for 2 or 3 times what you deserve. Then maybe they will start treating claimants fairly.
