They didn’t do a bad job on the oil change itself but they put thread lock on the bolt that lets my oil out.

My favorite place to get my oil changed! The whole crew is welcoming and you can tell they must enjoy their job. It can be intimidating being a young female who doesn’t know much about her own vehicle, but these guys don’t make me feel that way at all! I’m always so comfortable coming here. Keep up the great work guys! You have exceptional customer service, and always get the job done (quickly and correctly too)!

Absolutely the best customer service! They are polite, efficient, and don't try to sell you everything under the sun.

Worst experience ever. They didn't have any parts for my car so they ended up running over to the dealership to buy them which meant that I ended up paying full dealership retail for parts. The oil change and air filter ended up costing me $226 (even though they had quoted me $190), something that in the past I have paid at a specialist $125-$150. On top of that, they wrote down "engine oil leak" when there wasn't one and when I called them they stated that "almost all cars have oil leaks". Having that on the paperwork cost me the sale of the car. A potential buyer came to look at the car and when he saw the paperwork, he backed out. Will never used them again.

These guys change my oil when its 0 degrees outside or 90 degrees and I appreciate them. Quick easy job well done.

Kevin and the Mobil1 team are the best! Only place I'll take my car. Great people, polite, and as a woman getting my oil changed, often times with my kids in the car, I am never uncomfortable here. I continue to go back because Kevin and the team are so kind and I never feel like I'm getting ripped off. Highly recommend these guys!

Nice, honest guys, never feel "sold to" and am in & out in 20 minutes.a huge plus when kids are in tow. There are several more convenient establishments nearby, but I'll happily drive an extra 10 minutes to Prolube. All I've recommended to have also become loyal clients.

This place is fantastic, not only do they change my oil but they do whatever they can to help me diagnose and fix small problems. They are not mechanics but they can help me with things that are simple, whatever they can and don't charge me extra for my time. I give them generous tips though! LOL <3
