I have use this place 3 times and the service has always been professional, the place is clean and staff always nice. I will definitely use them again.

I had an appointment for 11: 40, called the line to tell them I was running a few minutes behind because there was no parking. Sat on hold because the number online wasn't a direct line. Never got to someone. By the time I got parked it was 11: 45. Walked in to the office and no one was there. Waited a few minutes. No one came. Went out to my car to grab my insurance card. Came back still no one there it was 11: 55. Still no one there. Then the employee finally shows up and starts arguing with me about whether or not she was sitting there. I wasn't even upset about waiting. She then tells me I missed my appointment even though I was under 10 minutes late. I wouldn't have cared if she had blatantly been lying and arguing with me. Then the doctor comes over and says they are booked on appointments, which again would've been fine; I was late. But her attitude was so rude, and she should not be in the medical field. I won't be back to this location.

Excellent staff. I made sure to arrive a bit early with COVID protocols in place. Parking was a breeze around the corner. Front desk was very welcoming. Medical staff that met with me were polite, patient, and informed. I appreciated all the options provided to me as next steps for my ailment.

I had a reaction to cortisone injections in my hips last week that caused debilitating pain. Ibuprofen didn't touch it. Went here and they refused to give me anything. I get that there's an opioid crisis, but some people need something more potent than NSAIDs. They wouldn't have had to give me much, and I don't "look like" a drug addict in any way, for whatever that's worth. I'm a competitive triathlete. Luckily, my orthopedist ended up being on call and was able to get me some hydrocodone to last until my hips settle down.

Quick and easy and give great care to their patient's. Got in and out in less than 30 minutes

Really unfortunate front desk service. Will cancel you if you are 5 minutes late and won’t help you find an alternative. Funny how Providence doctors have kept me waiting hours on end without apology, but when I have a delay of a few minutes I am out of luck with a bad, nasty injury. Poor care for patients in need. No flexibility, no grace. This is the first negative review I have left in over a decade. Patient beware: this is a business designed for their convenience and profit, not your care.

This clinic has always been there for me when I have an urgent medical need. Appointments always available, wonderful staff that is kind and welcoming. I’ve been here many, many times over the last few years and have always been extremely satisfied with the care I receive.

You people know through this pandemic there is no such thing as perfection but this clinic went above abs beyond was in and out within 30 minutes and my dr was very open listening and gave good feedbacks helped me make decision abt my care also.providence has been my main care even with my PCP I’m super comfortable with going through providence and they continue to be rock solid even through all this craziness.

Watch out for the younger physician assistants performing unnecessary tests that are not merited based on condition, current symptoms, documented history, and standardized universal care standards.

Was greeted with “please tell me you’re not Kyla. ” And then yelled at not to stand where I was. Incredibly rude from one of the front desk people. Also made an appointment and was told it aS all sat up and when I showed up was told I needed to video chat w a do Oreo first. Why would it let me make an appointment. Anyways. Hope you’ll work on your customer service. I never leave reviews but I left with tears in my eyes bc of the rudeness.

Avoid at all costs. They sent me to Providence ER for a migraine instead of treating me on the spot with fluids. I ended up having to pay for a CT scan and was sent away undiagnosed with directions to take tylenol and ibuprofen. An absolute joke. The best part? I had their insurance at the time—as if the situation wasn't fishy enough already.

I have come here twice and the experience has always been great. I booked my appointment online.

As someone who is usually extremely uncomfortable in a doctors office, I can truly say this place was great. Firstly I was able to get an appointment within 15 minutes of walking in the door. All the staff were so kind and made me feel heard and very comfortable. I also truly appreciate the amount of care and consideration I received from the staff for not having insurance. They were so so helpful and kind and willing to do what they could to make sure I didn’t have to spend a million dollars on one doctors visit and even gave me a coupon for my prescription later. I really hate having to go to the doctor but now I can have a little bit of relief knowing I have somewhere to go where I can feel comfortable! This place is awesome!

Extremely unhelpful and a waste of time. Sent me to a different urgent care 20 minutes away to get tests I was told I didn’t even need. Only to give me the same exact prescription they could have prescribed in the first place. I’ll never go here again.

Brianna and Rachel are the two docs I've seen here. Both are thorough but also very kind and time efficient. Always receive top notch service and the availability is excellent! To be fair I always make an appointment.never just dropped in.

I was able to get an appointment just two hours after I decided I wanted to come in. I saw Dr. Baker and she was just lovely, really listened to all of my concerns, gave me her opinion, and made me feel comfortable and heard. The rest of the staff was equally friendly and accommodating. The whole experience was so quick and easy, I'll definitely be coming back if I need to!
