Providence Home Medical Equipment - Portland reviews
7I would give zero stars if I could. I received the medical equipment I ordered with no problem, but never received the statement. Apparently the Providence Home Medical Equipment Billing department does not communicate with the Providence Home Medical Equipment Supply department or vice versa. After I received a letter from a 3rd party collection agency, I was told it was MY responsibility to call and update my contact information with the billing dept even though the Providence Home Medical ordering dept had already verified my mailing address to receive the equipment I ordered. As far as I'm concerned ANY companies or departments using the "Providence" name should keep the same contact information for their customers.
I have always gotten friendly service, received my Cpap products timely with no problems. Today’s appointment with Chris was great. He was very informative regarding the equipment, and how our esophagus works while sleeping in different position.
Great experience
Parents paid for a chair in Dec. It's March and now they say it is discontinued. But took their money. Now trying to substitute a lesser chair made of pleather instead. Go some where else. This is the reason they only have 3 stars
No stars! We received a CPAP machine over a year ago. Didn't work for us. We asked to return it and were told we had to pay the monthly fee for 10 months and then we would own it. This company is still billing us and our insurance company 6 months later. We are now going to the attorney general. SCAM!
They “lost” over $1000 of my money and we’re rude and nearly refused to do any research. I pride myself on remaining calm when dealing with customer service as I find you get better results. I submitted my bank statement information and answered all questions when asked. When they did find the money they responded by saying. “Good news, we found your money. “ I broke my usually calm attitude and said “no, I found my money and helped you to get it to the correct spot! ” They said “well, let’s just say we both found it”. Also, is there no way to pay online in 2020?
I was contacted by Providence for CPAP supplies on the phone. It was a quick easy conversation, they did not know how much I would be charged. After the supplies came the bill was $496 thinking this was excessive I found all of the same for $97 on Amazon. Lesson shop around.
I've been dealing with Providence Home Medical Equipment for 3 years now. They are always professional and helpful on the phone and deliveries always arrive before their estimate. I'm very grateful for all that the Providence system has done to make our lives easier and 200 free pull-ups a month has been a big part of that.
