Justin and Kayelahni were VERY helpful, from answering a long list of questions I had to (embarrassingly) offering me first aid for a cut I reviewed with my own tape measurer while measuring the unit space. Overall COMPLETELY impressed and satisfied with this location’s customer service and helpfulness. I would highly recommend!

Smooth process to complete registration. Very clear on hours, charges, and in/out process.

My rent went from 350 to 420.quite a large rent increase from one month to the next. I have no option other than moving my stuff and taking it elsewhere ASAP. I REALLY hate this business.

Neva and Erin were extremely helpful and very welcoming from the minute I walked in the door. They graciously called me ahead of time and asked if I would like to see what the unit size looked like and if I wanted to look at any other sizes. I set up a time with them and they were there when I arrived. I’ve rented here years ago and now they have an app that makes it easy to pay and access the door to get into the property! Love it! Thanks ladies for taking the time to talk to me.:)

So I started off with paying 160 dollars for a storage unit. Randomly they add 100 more to the storage unit. Never any leniency when it comes to payments. If you’re a couple days late they will tack on an outrageous fee. Horrible storage unit. Pay way too much money for a small unit. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and let everyone know. NOT to rent storage here

I have been your customer for many years. I have such high regard to your staff Kayelahni, who is so detailed and customer oriented. My visits have always been very pleasant and she takes time to answer questions and directs me appropriately. Her customer service is Excellent!

We stored here for years and we’re really satisfied with the experience. It was worry free knowing that the property was well maintained and safe. Management really went above and beyond helping with rate decreases along the way. Yeah prices increase but anytime we would call to talk about the rates Kay would always try to get it lowered and if she couldn’t she would try again every month if we had to. We even got our late fees waived when she brought it to our attention when we would come in to pay.we finally were able to buy a house and left because we no longer needed the unit. When we moved she recommended how to pack the unit (since it outside) to protect our stuff. Which helped keep everything safe during the year of storage. We moved to Seattle and if needed will use this company again.

Management here is awful. They harass you if you're in your storage for more than 10 minutes and tell you that you have a 30 minute limit, very rudely might I add. Kehlani to be exact is the most unprofessional and rude person I've ever had to deal with. Our storage unit has a hole in the ceiling. All of our belongings now have mold on them and water damage due to the huge hole in the ceiling. When I asked her about info to our insurance which you are required to have by law in Oregon she responded by saying that I don't have insurance. She wouldn't even move our storage unit. So I'm now having to place a tarp over everything until I can move out and call ally belongings a loss with no rebursement.
