Raymond is a true professional. Who not only shows empathy and a willingness to help his customers/renters. He always has a smile on his face and is very knowledgeable. I know if I have a question or a concern. Raymond is my man.what ever you are paying him.it's not enough!

The new manager Raymond helped me transfer not only to a smaller unit but when that unit wasn’t big enough got me into a little bit larger unit at a price I can afford.

I’m sorry, but when the website states that 24 hour access is a possibility, you would think when a client calls and says they need 24 hour access just one night in order to get everything moved on time, and they won’t allow me one night, well that is poor customer service. I almost lost a lot of my belongings because they wouldn’t grant me a single night to unload

Jeff and is crew over there are amazing definitely they keep the place safe and clean! Customer service out standing! Any questions you need just ask them!

I am posting a one star for this location on 82nd. I have a storage unit at this facility prior of renting here. I have spoken to Stephen Duffy. Stephen Duffy had insured me that this was a safe place prior a renting here. Stephen goes on how it's secured. They get cameras in the security is great here. So I chose this spot everything was going fine until 1 day. I get here in my storage unit.
His drilled out and opened up. So I spoke to Stephen Duffy again about that death and he seen to have no worries about my unit as I lost $7000 and 1 night. I asked to see the camera's footage he denied nor did he wanted to help to saw a situation just for my safety and other. And all he could tell me right now is that it's obvious hands. He can't do nothing about it and I didn't sign a insurance plan. Well the day I signed the contract with them the next day they had left a message with me that I didn't sign insurance plan and that it was kind. Of mandatory for me to have it so I went backup to the office signed everything and he told me I was all good they didn't relate to. My that I didn't have insurance. I thought we had signed for the insurance. If I was your I wouldn't choose this location just because of the death that's happened here.
There's transience that come here they live here and it's just not a safe place. They will not help you in any way form or fashion not all. They can do is say you didn't sign this force not their fault. One thing I have to say is that I pay almost $200 a month for the safety in the space here and I don't have either.

I have to say that the staff was 100% completely awesome they were super friendly the two people I spoke with and then another man took the time to send me a voicemail just making sure that everything was okay with the storage I actually haven't made it to my storage unit yet to check it out the key is left inside for me so I can't really say about the actual unit itself but pretty much all units are the same cement walls cement floors you know but about the customer service I think it was wonderful and they were very very friendly more friendly than any other storage place I've ever gone to I definitely would recommend them and the prices are also great

We stored a vehicle for 8 months. It was easy to get in and out and the communication with this location is excellent! Easy to speak with someone on the phone. After the car sitting for 8 months there were no issues of any damage or theft. It was well protected.

Had a medium size 1st floor storage unit here for almost two years. The facility got better in this most recent year and I agree with other reviews currently for cleanliness, ease of access, and availability of carts. The side street where entrance is unfortunately does attract a lot of transitional activity that seems to come and go over time as sweeps are done.

I’d only recommend them for short term storage though, specifically due to the heavy rent increases. First rent increase came at ~3 months and was a 60% increase. Two more increases and at moveout I was to be paying over twice the original rate I started at. A quick check to their website at my moveout date showed my same size, ground level unit available for LESS than what I started out paying ~2 years ago. So, be aware.

On site employee was great. Keeps the place clean, remembers your name. Feels like a small business.

I have rented from Extra Space Storage on a number of different occasions in the last several years. In all cases, through different locations, I got to work with Jeffrey. His customer service is unmatched not only in the storage unit business but just in general. Extra Space has a policy that increases the promotional rate after awhile—not to mention their rate being slightly higher than the competition. Even then, I still choose to rent from Extra Space because they employ folks like Jeffrey. If you care about your belongings, you should also care about who works at the place where they're stored. If it was not for the experience I've had with Jeffrey (and other Extra Space employees), I would absolutely take my business else where.

Was very helpful and very nice and has excellent customer service skills. This storage facility is very nice and they have thought about everything making it easy to get in and out, coming from uhaul you could only imagine definitely will not be going back.

I had a great experience with Tabbatha when I came in to check out storage sizes and options, prices etc. She was very helpful, professional, friendly and a great front for this business. I am so happy with the knowledge she was able to provide me with and when I am ready I will definitely be back to rent with her.

Excellent facility with amazing staff! Didn't get my autopay set up correctly and Tabitha contacted me BEFORE any late fees accrued to let me know there was a problem. Helpful and friendly staff, convenient location, and secure storage make this place a winner!

The staff was super helpful with everything I needed. The facility is clean and the storage is actually very nice. I can't snt say enough how hard it is to get great customer service these days but these guys went above and beyond. Great storage and great customer service!
