I was sent to Dr. Puziss after seeing multiple Doctors. Let me tell you, he’s the best Dr I’ve ever had hands down! I ended up having multiple issues with my hand/wrist/elbow. He took the best care of me. His staff is friendly too. Dr. Puziss is efficient and punctual. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for knowledge and compassion towards his patients. Thank you so much for taking the best care of me and to never giving up on me! It’s with the help of you that I got to return back to my career!

I saw Dr. Puziss for a shoulder injury after having a bad experience elsewhere with another orthopedic doctor who blindly misdiagnosed the severity of my injury. By contrast, I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Puziss. He has years of experience in orthopedics and is a straight-shooter, doesn’t mess around with unnecessary treatment or therapy that prolongs a patient’s suffering. He’s passionate about orthopedics and helping his patients-not only finding the source of the problem but also finding the best method of treatment to ensure the best and long-term results. He also is compassionate and instills a holistic approach in his care of patients.

I have 3 injuries as a Federal worker. I have spent 5 years of dealing with OWCP and my previous OWCP occupational health Dr. Which finally told me I just need to learn to live with the pain that there is nothing that could be done. I reached out to my case worker to find a Dr to do a disability rating on my arm. I was told that I needed to find a Dr that can do ratings for Federal employees. I searched high and low getting told no we dont do those kind of exams. I finally found Dr Puziss, I saw him initially to get a rating done.however to my surprise he said he would do one but that there was things that could be done for my shoulder and elbow. Since becoming my primary doctor he had figured out in less the three months what has been causing me issues for 5 years.

Mind you I have had to change positions for work which was very hard since I have been a dental assistant for 30 years. And with these injuries can no longer physically do that job.

Dr Puziss is wonderful and thorough and has given me hope where I had lost it. If you are frustrated and feeling helpless I would highly recommend seeing him.

Quite literally the worst experience I've ever had with any doctor, with any staff at any clinic in my entire 41 years of life. Highly unprofessional, rude, odd, dated and completely out of touch. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ive encountered many doctors in my life, many specialist, and many practices. Dr. Puziss is by far the most incredible doctor I've ever met. I've been dealing with a work related shoulder injury for a year now and been in more pain than i can continually take with no help. From the moment i met this doctor he has taken every step and every precaution to make sure my shoulder is taken care of. He has outstanding bed side manor, is extremely thorough with all medical charting and does it with you in the room and documents everything and every minor detail. I was very fortunate to find this doctor and I can not recommend him enough! Hands down the best doctor you will ever find.

Dr. PUZISS is the best attending physician that anyone could be blessed to have. I was injured on the job over two years ago and Dr Puziss is the only one who has believed in me and fought to get me the medical treatment I need. There is a cute little sign in the lobby that says in effect " if you feel that you are waiting a long time it is because the same detailed attention you want and deserve for your injuries is given to the patient ahead of you". Yes the office asks you to get ahold of all your records and images to bring with you, this isn't because they dont want to gather them for you. It is because that time is better used in the time to treat you in your appointment. The entire staff is very pleasant, helpful, and genuinely cares about you as a patient. If you are lucky enough to have Dr Puziss as your attending physician then you have been truly blessed to be cared for by an angel.

Apparently this office cannot begin the process of scheduling a single appointment without full details of your medical records. I could not schedule a single appointment with the clueless teen who picked up the phone, because she needed "exact dates and details of x-rays" related to the medical issue that I would like my family member to be seen for.

That's your job to contact the medical records office. Otherwise, this is a pretty useless medical "receptionist".

They're just normal receptionists who are really really painfully bad at their job.
