Quality Inn, Madras OR

Was told people from the Indian Reservation have to pay an extra upfront $200 "deposit", though the signage in the office says, "Jefferson County". Disappointing. My bedsheets were dirty, the front desk staff immediately brought me a change of sheets. Though the rooms, and location, were decent and breakfast was good. Pet friendly which is great

This hotel was ok. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot! That is what I will say about that hotel, because I can't think of anything else. Other than that, it is barely ok.

Comfortable, clean, spacious, room. Much updated since our last visit. Nice that the hotel was dog friendly.

Nice clean rooms with all the usual amenities TV, Cable-Satelite, Mini Fridge, Microwave, Coffee pot.
However where this hotel really stands out above the rest is the the excellent self serve breakfast! Sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravey, waffels, various kinds of breading-bagles, muffins, toast, cereal, etc, various fruit, different kinds of coffees, apple juice, orange juice, milk etc. And I am sure I'm forgetting some things!
Another plus is the location! With in walking distance of Gas station/ convenient store and many food options!
Another plus was the Pool, hot-tub, work out room, ice machine and on site laundry.
Most everything you need or want for the night.
Now for the reason I just could not quite bring myself to give it the last star. - It is located on a busy hwy.and the walls & door do not seem very well insulated so your going to hear some traffic noise at night and perhaps some TV noise or talking through the wall. But not if you turn on the a/c or heater.
Also if your on the bottom floor your going to hear the other guest clunking around on the upper floor as well.
But over all as a whole, I would most definitely stay again!

Good location with kind and courteous staff. The rooms were fine, but a little attention to cleaning the bathtub would be great. The carpets are a bit outdated. The breakfast was good.

Everything in the room was clean but things like light fixtures (although they worked) were broken. The pool had dead bugs floating in it and the hottub had a lot of debris. One of the handles for getting out of the pool was broken. Staff was nice, breakfast was decent, and price was fair.

Stayed on August 8th, woke in the morning with several itchy bug bites on my arms.
Lady at the front desk was very nice and helped me recover my choice rewards account.

Our room was subpar, I guess because it's pet friendly. However the breakfast was decent, usually tasty for such a place scramble

Oh my word someone had shaved in the tub clearly. I called the front desk and they said they would look into it. I told her I would go swimming with my son and hoped it would be cleaned when we returned. Came back it was dirty still. Then the next morning went to take a towel off the rack and it fell. The poo was amazing inly because it was out side. The rack is broke for getting in and out and my son cut the bottom of his foot on the broken tiles. The hot tub dial is broke so no bubbles. Thanks for the stay

I was quoted one price when I made the reservation and when I checked in the price for the first night was the same but the price for the second night was considerably higher. I canceled the second night and stayed at another motel.

Had a good stay for a night, seems hotel refurbished, the room that we stayed looked, but seems some unfinished work. Rest room doors broken and not closing properly, provides breakfast with lot of options, lit bit of noise since the hotel is on the main road side

This hotel has one of the best fitness rooms offered and I travel a lot for work. I would stay again for that reason alone but the room was spacious and clean. Well done

Carpets and bedding was clean. Its an older building that has been given a bit of a face lift. Outdoor entrance to the two levels.

The rooms are fine. Cosmetically they're a little old and worn. The sink tap had warm and hot water, no cold water. The wall switch didn't work, had to walk into and across the dark room to turn the lamp on.

Service, Service, Service. There was an issue with online service company I used to book through and it created a real mess. Heather, who was the person on duty went way above and beyond and worked through multiple issues to be able to provide a room and save my stay when I had no other options. Heathers customer service was so appreciated at the end of a long day. Rooms are clean, breakfast was good, thanks again Heather for your spirit of service.

After a weekend at circus circus this place was a godsend the rooms were clean the walls were clean they offered more than just a bar of soap the beds were nice and clean the rooms had a microwave and fridge which was awesome and it was a great price the staff was friendly and helpful and they offer a continental breakfast which are kids were absolutely thrilled about definitely would stay here again! Forgot to take pictures before we slept in the bed so don't judge those LOL

Nice friendly professional service. A little expensive for the facility but I guess it's about supply and demand. Small Town that doesn't have much to offer. Had to carry large heavy bags up stairs to reach our room. Old microwave and furnishings shows mild damage.

Reasonably good value. Breakfast lacked variety and had virtually no gluten-free options (I have Celiac disease). Room smelled strongly of cleaner.

Older property but rooms have been refurbished. Slight musty smell. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Good customer service.
