I walked in.picked my color sat down. About 10 min later, 3 people came in they were seated before me. The older lady cut me 5 dang times! I'm on blood thinners and it made her mad because she could make them stop bleeding. My feet are so sore tonight. I won't be going back that's for sure.very rude employees.

Kim does a great job! My nails look fabulous and my toes are perfect! Great place and great price! I’m really tough on my nails and she still makes them look great! Everyone is so nice as well!

My mom has been going here since the day they opened. Sometimes the quality is hit and miss, but overall good service.

I want to start this out by saying overall they did a great job on my friend but my experience wasn't the greatest. I called ahead of time to make an appointment for 3 people and they were super busy so I did let the fact we weren't seen on time slide, I work customer service and I understand, but as soon as a lady could get to me I showed her what I wanted and was flat out told she couldn't do it, I was kinda stunned by this as I didn't have a back up plan as the design I picked out was what I wanted. When I tried to ask if someone else could, I kinda got shut down by how busy they were. I was also confused as I've seen mutiple picture of the nails they've done before but they couldn't do mine? None the less my friends were all there and I just choose another design. The lady did a good job on the shape and gel but I got stars that she didn't flatten so they have some sides stuck up and they are sharp. I honestly was just kinda upset, I still tipped the lady well and paid full price but I just don't think I'll be returning.

This place is great! Kim and her staff are the best. Good price and a good job. I been going for years. Good selfcare is not just for women, men get your feet done you will love it! Thank you!

I love this place! Kim and Lee are amazing, I suggest making an appointment prior to coming in, they’re always so busy. I live 30 minutes away and will always make the drive to come visit them! My nieces and I love coming here. Pedis and gel nails are the best!

I went to this establishment with my mom, and so I have two different perspectives.

I had Mara, and she is worth 10 stars, and if it had just been me I would leave a glowing review—she was thorough and kind, she asked between each step if my nails looked correct. Mara is amazing, and I highly recommend!

My mom had Kim. Kim stayed on the phone talking to other people the entire time she did my moms nails. My mom had to repeatedly ask her to fix things as she wasn’t listening, not asking what she would like. Her nails were not even painted the color she requested. When asked to correct it she huffed and seemed upset with my mom for her not listening. I will say when her nails were complete—they looked amazing, but it was not what she asked for, therefor very frustrating.

If you go here, ask for Mara, or anyone but Kim.

Kim does a great job! She makes sure to ask you how you like your nails during the process, and she listened to the things I like and don’t like. She did a great job. Ask for Kim!

I've tried a few different places, but I LOVE Queen Nails. Thin and beautiful and the couple times I've asked for nail art they have nailed it (no pun intended)!

Well I didn't actually have my pedicure. I had an appointment at 2 45 and at 3 20 I wasn't even close to having my pedicure. I hate that they over book like people have nothing better to do than wait for them. I will not go back!

Wonderful everytime! I am currently in the middle of a pedi, and it's the best one I've had in a very long time. Extra care, extra time, thoroughness and brand new massage chairs. They're the best!

They didn't clean the basin! Someone else's nail color swirling around flakes of dead skin and OMG my feet were in there! I about vomited! They apologized and started over only to not paint the top unfiled edges or cut into the corners of the nail. Super disappointed and grossed out as I left.wont be back $45+tip should have automatically been reduced!

My daughter went in for her birthday present. Nails and pedi. They were amazing and her nails are gorgeous!

This is to be my fav nail place but sonny left and I tried getting my nails done with out him and they weren't the best. I told them I had another appointment at 4 I need to get to and she just kept answering the phone making more appointments she also did one hand and then made me wait so she could do someone else's nails even though I had a 2 o'clock appointment.the girl with a 2: 30 was got here nails done before me.now looking for a new nail place

I’ve come here for waxing the main wax lady usually does a good job first 2x we’re good the last 2x weren’t so good November she got wax in my hair and I managed to get it out but on the 8th of January she got a phone call in the middle of my waxing she got the wax on my bottom lip and didn’t realize till she was done with her phone call and ended up taking some of the skin off my bottom lip she felt bad and let me go without paying since she hurt me, i understand accidents happen after the wax in my hair I wouldn’t have back but she did such a great job with the face waxing but after my experience this last time I won’t be back.

I don't write reviews but feel i need to do so here. I have been to queen nails a couple of times, usually they have been on time but the last two times have been strange, 1st time I was passed to five people yes five people to do dip nails. Sunny ended up finishing them up and they were beautiful. So I made an appointment with sunny two weeks out. Went to my appointment and was told that sunny had left and Yolanda ended up doing my nails, sadly the dip process was not done correctly and they did not last three days before they started peeling and chipping. I called and told them but our schedules were not matching up so i am not able to go in to have them try to correct it, but at this point i have lost faith in their ability to do it right so will not be going back. 45.00 Plus 10.00 tip for nails that lasted three days. I can't recommend.thinking of disputing the charge with my credit card company but at this point i will let it go and chalk it up to lessons learned.
