Acupuncture was really helping with digestive issues and stress compounded from that and other areas of my life. Today I was treated like my issues weren't severe enough to take up the practitioners time. I got the feeling I was no longer welcome.

To be honest, it's crushing to have had this one light at the end of the tunnel, and then have it disappear. Consistent relief was what I had felt for the past few weeks, and it was working.

They had recommended mental health services, but when I called, their practitioners already had too many patients. Good on them for not overworking their staff. But why send me down another dead end?

Sure I can find another practitioner, but anyone knows that's another set of hoops to jump through with insurance. Let alone finding someone you're comfortable with. And who takes you seriously.

**added edit** Ive seen many complaints about intake and not returning calls. Walk in and talk to them about getting the process started.they are busy because this is one of the best places.

One of my favorite health centers ive worked with. Sad Im not as near their location anymore. Great groups for all sorts of things. Acupuncture made an immediate difference I had not expected. Yoga, acupuncture, meditation, support groups, pain treatment alternatives, lots of information, even case management, naturopathic medicine and mental health one on one. Cant say enough positive thinga about my experiences here. Never have I actually wanted to return to a treatment center like i did here.every time i left i was lighter on my feet with a more positive outlook than i went in.what was most pleasant is that every member of the staff, especially the healers, were genuinely intereated in healing you and incorporating you as a person and not as a number. They even have nutritional education and community dinners that are very yummy.really more of a community healing center than ive found elsewhere.much love to these lovely healers

Very confusing intake process. Difficult to get a call back or to engage with. Perhaps overwhelming need has caused this disconnect.

Quest Center is such an amazing resource for holistic integrative medicine that the demand can be higher than expected but with what the staff and payroll allow, it is an great resource to supplement your passion for healing. The staff is dedicated and knowledgeable. For a 501c3 non-profit, Quest runs as optimally as one could ever dream. Quest is a safe environment for all and has ultimately helped me to empower myself and save my own life. Don't give up!

EXCELLENT staff and programs. The people here have heart, and they actually listen and strive to treat each person as an individual. I’m so glad I found this place after bouncing around for years with mediocre care, at best.

I'm fairly new at Quest, but have had a great experience so far. The center offers an impressive array of traditional and holistic services and groups including naturopathic medicine, Chinese medicine, acupuncture, non-opioid chronic pain management, outpatient substance treatment, and HIV, LGBTQ, trauma, and other specific support groups. They've recently revamped their intake process, which (for the service I'm receiving) consists of an informational session with a therapist and some not-overly-excessive paperwork (which is now available to complete online before your first appointment). The receptionist was friendly and accommodating, and took time to cheerfully and attentively answer all my questions. I've been matched with an intern for individual therapy and really like her so far; she seems very professional and capable. All staff I've come into contact with strike me as very compassionate and skilled. I'm grateful that this resource is available.

This place is horrible. I was scheduled a month in advance. And when I came in for my appointment, Stacy at the front desk told me that Mara the mental health therapist was not in. Even though I received two confirmation calls the day prior to my appointment from Stacy. This staff was very dismissive to the fact that I had to cancel work to be at this appointment which ended up not happening. In the end, I was rescheduled another month out. Unbelievable experience as a first time visit. Not sure what to say about it other than this.

My practitioner is great, but customer service when arriving and departing alternates between adiquate, confused, brusk, and even a little hostile. Willingness to help and problem solving ability are important in a medical office-warmth and a little sensitivity wouldn't hurt either. I've had better interactions at the DMV.

Don't waste your time here. The receptionist will forward you to their intake coordinator who never answers her phone and never calls you back. I left multiple voicemails with my contact info and which specific services I was seeking and I never heard anything back.

I called to schedule an intake appointment. The person on the other end asked really odd questions like "Why are you here? " and "Why do you want services from us? ". Customer service is pathetic, did not even get to schedule an appointment.

I, on my first visit, was welcomed by a warm and inviting group, a community, of individuals who embraced and celebrated theirs commanalities and differences. I felt wholly enriched by my experience with Project Quest (Quest), and look forward to a return visit in the near future. Portland is richer by their presence.

I am glad they take OHP, and if not have a very reasonable fee. They seem to be nice the times I have been. However, I was in need of an appt.but they cancelled mine saying there was a mix up and they would call me back to see what they could do, I never heard back. Also, when I went one day, NO one even acknowledged me for 20 min.

It has helped me out in so many ways! I love this place! I'm doing outpatient group. Acupuncture. And therapy here. I love the people and the staff! Thank you again!

The Quest community has been a life saver for me. Through ups and downs over the past 20 years, I don't know where I'd be without these wonderful people.

This health center rocks my world! Everything from Acupuncturists, to Nd's, to therapist and counselors all under one roof. They have very reasonable prices and take most major insurances, including OHP!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Padeen Quinn. She is extremely compassionate, competent, & generally amazing at her job! She's been a God-sent regarding the complex issues that other doctors have seem to have difficulty navigating. I feel better than I have in years thanks to her! I highly recommend her, especially to women.

My experience with Quest Center has been professional and consistent. From intake to experiences with three different providers, service and expertise at Quest Center is excellent. I highly recommend Quest Health services.
