Quest Diagnostics reviews
12Adriana is the best, kindest and caring phlebotomist I have ever seen. She uses smaller needles to draw blood as I've had a history of iron deficiency. Quick and painless and well, she knows what she's doing!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. My job didn't give me the proper paperwork so I was told to leave and contact my HR department. After calling quest I found out that they could have made a phone call and fixed it. Believe all the negative reviews about this location. Stay clear of the nurse with the nose piercing. She's very rude and unhelpful.
The reviews here had me worried, but my experience was great. I only waited a few minutes past my appointment time, and my blood draw went quickly and painlessly. Plus the phlebotomist was very friendly!
Awful place.their phones do not work.they have no idea about the tests they can or cant do.
Idiots who waste your time and money. I signed up online, scheduled an appointment, and when I showed up they had my appointment and refused to do the test I signed up for. Beware.
Staff is rushed and Nice to me. You can not get 4 test done all at once. If you need more then 1 test done 10 minutes. You need to book a bouble triple appointment back to back and so forth. If you are fasting and getting other test done included. Each blood test is 10 minutes. Make sure if you need to book book 2 to 3 appointments back to back. The quest corporation change their scheduling policies and made this worse for everyone. There are walk in that interrupt the others who got an appointment and make it a big mess. I'm on stand by. This bad business practices. Staff rushed. No lunch brakes. No time. This over bad for everyone when crowded. The only reason why I gave this a two because Staff was respectful to me. Other wise the company gets a 1 star. The staff who took care of me are Great 5 star. Company 1 star. These ladies don't even have time for them selves. 10 minutes is not enough time a patient to get blood drawn. Overwhelming for the staff in quest employee rules.
The wait was lengthy despite my appointment and sitting in the waiting with five other people listening to the staff gossip about another coworker behind the door. The impersonal, automated check in, it is not a good system. Also there is no sign out front that indicates where the lab actually is. It is in the far back of the Safeway hidden behind a corner and not easy to find.
Quick and easy. The lady who helped me was very professional and I had no issues whatsoever.
ARE YOU SERIOUS? You don't have an option for patients with history of fainting to have them lying down? Ridiculous to say the least. After one week of wait, i get there and they just have the regular chair with arm rest no option for lying down.
I will never go to a Quest to have my blood drawn again! Not only do they make it very hard to schedule but then they get angry when you walk in and they have some of the worst phlebotomists I've ever had draw my blood in my life. The last time I went in I had a bruise on my arm for 2 weeks from the horrible blood draw. On top of that, if you don't pay your bill at the time of service they make it impossible for you to pay your bill. At least that's my experience when trying to pay my bill after the fact with an HSA card.
They sent me a bill for $303 and I tried paying it 4 times. Twice through the mail and twice online. All 4 times they did not take the payment and now they have sent me to collections. This happened last year as well. I should have learned my lesson but I deal with a lot of health issues and have to have my blood drawn once a month. Luckily, there is now a Providence by my house that has a lab I can walk right into at any time and get my blood drawn. I never have to go to a quest again! But I still get to deal with collections now.
QUEST IS AWFUL!
Would be great if they actually told you they told took printed lab orders before you sit around wasting 30 minutes of your day.
