Absolutely will not come back here! Had a appointment for 9: 50 am. Did not get called back till 10: 20 am. And while we all sit out here with appointments one of the two people working go on break. No communication to those of us waiting, or apologies for the extended wait. Even a note letting folks know they are running behind would have been nice.

THEY DO COVID TESTING HERE. As in SICK PEOPLE ACTIVE IN ILLNESS. THEY DO NOT HAVE A SIGN WARNING. ALSO MASKS ARE OPTIONAL. I AM 99% SURE I CAUGHT COVID HERE.of course the waiting room is almost always full and since there are no employees but 1 or 2 taking blood i am sure there is not time to disinfect between patients or even during the day at all. This place is a nightmare.i feel sorry for the employees.

Every single blood test is an absolute test in one's patience. Appointment made.show up early for appt. And wait longer. There are not enough employees! Hello. 1 person to.do it all from check in to insurance check, copays, and then take blood while the waiting room is full and people are sighing and huffing and some leaving. Every time i need blood taken i am frustrated that this is my only choice. Please someone open a new lab.
ANOTHER example. 99% SURE I CAUGHT COVID HERE.i read they do covid tests here. Omg.

Currently six people are waiting for late appointments. The next patient has been waiting 35 minutes. Quest needs to staff better. If staff is leaving, they need to treat them better. Pay them better. Be better, Quest.

No receptionist, the only way to get an appt is online. Have to accept cookies, for an older person like myself, it's very frustrating. I'm not using their service again.

It's a nightmare! Only 2 lab tech which have NO Clue of what they are doing and Al WAY a hour behind! This quest lab need to be shut down asap!

Constantly either opening late, or maybe not at all. Hours of operation vary, so it's always a surprise! Good service if you can catch them whenever they do open.

They just walk around in their phones.
Three people “working” but one actually doing their job. It’s clear they can care less about serving clients. The sign “Hero’s work here” is a joke based on the service.

I would give negative stars if I could. As with everything else, this place is completely understaffed and Quest does not care at all. Don't bother making an appointment.

The worst place I have ever been to. Rude, waiting time, no receptionist. If I could, I'd never go back. Painful experience when having blood drawn.

Completely understaffed.
Tech is rude and only person in the whole facility.
Never will go there again.

This place is awful and dirty. The main door to Quest was stuck open and there were people fighting in the lobby. No one working there to break up the fight or help fix the stuck open door. It is impossible to speak with a human on the phone. If there was another company to get blood drawn from in Eugene I would never go back.

I will never come here again.cold.rude staff. No communication.kiosk check in.no body tells you how to use it.no receptionist. No directions to drop off sample.untimely service. Nothing the automated system explains happens.no communication to people waiting.treat people like numbers.they don't care how you feel.

My experience at Quest Diagnostics located inside of (G Street Integrated Health, 1435 G St, Springfield, OR 97477) on Wednesday, January 18,2023 to have my blood drawn, was one of the best I have ever had! Courtney was courteous, friendly, and personable. She made me feel very comfortable as we talked. Most of all, Courtney expressed her professionalism quite well, to my delight it was over in a few seconds and I didn’t feel hardly a thing! I highly recommend Quest Diagnostics and Courtney was awesome. Thank you, Kevin

I arrived for an 8: 15 am appointment and was seen around 8: 24 am. The waiting room was quiet and comfortable. The gentleman helping me was very kind and considerate, and chatted with me to put me at ease. I didn't experience any of the normal fainting symptoms I often do with blood draws. I will go back to this location as it seemed to suit me best of the ones I've tried.

AVOID IF POSSIBLE! WORST SERVICE! NO HUMAN RECEPTIONIST. For the Huge Profits you make it's rediculous you wont pay a RECEPTIONIST for this busy testing lab! Quest shows a disgusting total disregard for your clients. They have a faulty computer check in with NOBODY to help EVEN when computer goes haywire. Blamed Me for THEIR mistake even when i showed them their own verification of my appointment time. Made me wait over 45 minutes and absolutely no apologies for totally screwing up.

The only good thing about it was the guy working there was patient and polite. They're always short staffed! I had an appointment but didn't get out of there for an hour and a half! It's not the phlebotomists fault at all, it's the company!

This lab is horrible. It's completely understaffed. I went in for labs at 8: 10am. Waited in my car until 10: 00am and was told to come to be drawn. Sat waiting another 30mins in that time a lab tech walked out. Also labs from this company take weeks to be finished as they send the blood elsewhere in the state.

It was possibly one of the most dehumanizing experience I've ever had. After being directed downstairs from ear nose and throat on university for a blood draw, I had to check in and wait in line only to be turned away being told they didn't have an order for me. After going back up to the 6th floor and confirming that the order had in fact been sent I had to go back down to the first floor, check in again, wait again, only to get called back and told again that they didn't have an order for me. I asked if they had searched under my first and my last name. When they were able to pull it up I was told they had my order but that the name was reversed making my last name my first name and my first name my last name. I was sent away again, and had to go back to the 6th floor now a third time to inquire about my order. After the name was corrected by the staff up there I was informed that quest could have called to verify this information the second time I had come in and not to leave until they called and verified it. I went back to the first floor to quest, had to check in, wait in line again, and was told that my name was still incorrect. I had to tell them that ear nose and throat said to call them to which the nurses were put off about. QUEST SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE FIRST TIME I CAME DOWNSTAIRS AND SAID I WAS SENT FROM EAR NOSE AND THROAT UPSTAIRS.my Dr's appointment took 30 minutes, getting my blood drawn took an hour and 20 minutes of stress frustration and anger. Not only is it personally very offensive to be called by my last name multiple times and having to correct staff over and over, but I am Autistic and this was so disorienting and stressful. I got lost in the building and I had to wait in quests lobby over and over. I have an immune problem which is why I was at the doctor's in the first place, and I was basically forced to do a whole song and dance for a 2 minute blood draw. I was not treated as a person, or with respect and finding out this would have been a simple call for them to make in the first place was infuriating. The staff was the opposite of helpful and caring. I was there on November 30th 2022 I shared this exact message to thier survey.
