Quick Lane at Gresham Ford

There is nothing “quick” at quicklane. 2.5hrs for a oil change and three windshild wiper blades. The tech left fingerprints all over my car. Horrible. I’ll never go there again. And I’ll never buy a Ford again. I’ll buy a Toyota next time. At least they are made in America.

The name "Quick Lane" is a bit of an oxymoron because they are anything but. I spent 3 hours 20 minutes there after getting there at opening and still didn't even have my truck taken into a bay. I watched a couple of people walk in well after me and leave well before me. The only good thing is they provided a quiet place for me to catch up on my YouTube watch list backlog despite that will not be returning.

Went there for my oil change and had two people come in after me for oil changes also. After waiting for two hours and the customers that came in after me had both of there cars finished and done and they hadn’t even touched the keys to my car. Had to get my keys and leave. I’ll find somewhere else to get my oil changed on my vehicles

Great customer service and quick with oil changes. I frequently use this place for all my vehicles.

The oil change was competently done for a fair price with a 2 hour or less turnaround. The staff welcome at drop off was good. My wife later in the day when she picked up the car thought the staff was great.

Make an appointment, or get there a half hour before they open. They are very popular, so you can beat the long wait by doing the above. They are very Efficient and quick once your car hits the rack.

Have to agree with the many other reviews. There's nothing quick about it. Walked in there was an open bay no customers waiting and about 6 employees standing at the counter. Everyone scattered immediately. Then when I get my vehicle checked in I look out and suddenly there's another car in the empty bay. Waited a FULL HOUR just to have my vehicle pulled in. They serviced another customer before me that walked in 5mins after I did, causing me to wait longer. They need to drop the Quicklane name and just become part of Ford service because again there's was absolutely nothing quick about my simple oil change experience. What a joke

I don't drive a Ford but have gone here for Quick Lane for at least ten years. Their team is wonderful, quick, and informative, and they have great/convenient hours.

Terrible service. Long wait. Even for a flat tire. New name suggestion: SLOW LANE.taking all my family business elsewhere! Bought tires here and everything.

They are always too busy to get my oil changed. 3+ hour wait. Only 2 bays for the Quicklane service. They need more bays. Each time I go there, it is not worth the wait. It is a shame, too, because they just put in my new engine. I would love to have them do the oil changes on it as well.

I just wanted to say thank you to the quick lane staff and manager. I’ve been using this shop for some years now and with a couple different cars. I’ve always been happy with their service. Today was the first time I’d ever had a problem and the manager went out of his way to make it right. They showed that they cared about the experience I have with their company and staff and I walked away happy. That’s all to rare today. Thank you again.

Wow, where do I start. Nothing quick about quick lane. Taking 3 hours 45 minutes for a oil change is outrageous. Besides price going up 30% over a six month time. Although service writers were friendly and professional.

The guy at the desk "Talen i think" provided great service to me and 3 customers in a row while i was waiting. This isnt the first time i was happy because of the customer service either. I have had my oil changed by them probably 10 times now. I can only imagine Talen has made thousands of people happy with what they paid for.
