12Yes, this place is old and it shows it's age. But, the attendant was friendly, everything worked and they're in a convenient location of the freeway. Perfect for a weary traveler to get a few hours sleep before heading on.
Thank you for not renting a room almost in the middle of the night while I had an infant and another child under 6 with me.
Honestly this place was awful, run down and out of date. When I walked up the owner was really rude and demanded that I pay a $200 cash deposit in order to stay one night.
Didn't stay. Just called to see if any rooms were available and the lady that answered of Mexican decent kept asking why I no go to roseburg hotel and I don't need to talk to her like this and RUDELY hung up on me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE SERVICE!
My husband and I booked a room online, showed up after 10 hours of driving, the guy you only book for one person, you have 2 people, threw my husband's ID back at him and said goodbye. Wow
Showed up 15mins earlier was told we where way to earlier and then was told she wasn't going to give us the room now after we left and came back and gave no reason to why
I haven't stayed here before, but I feel like I need to leave less then 1 star just the fact the owner has to reply to any bad review he/she don't like. I got news for you, that will be the reason for you to go bankrupt and not sell any rooms and lose your business. Maybe you shouldn't be in the hospitality business if that's how you treat people. You are what's wrong with society.
Great place to stay, quiet and out of town with very reasonable rates. Yes it's out dated a bit but it's very well attended and clean. Definitely a go to for me.
This is the worst motel we have ever stayed at. It dirty and we can not get the temperature down below 82 degrees with the air conditioning working for 3 hours. We ask for ice and we were given a bag with ice that was frosted over and in a solid block. The manager or owner just kept tacking on things it was supposed to be $68 and ended up paying more with all his add on. Would have left but we are in our 80s and were just too tired
Don't waste your money. Rude Eastern Indian family run the place. The rudeness could have been overlooked if the coffee pot would have worked but more rudeness still when I called about it. Old run down place but at least it was clean. Light gap around the door let spiders in.a BIG one too! Ya, ummm.no. Never ever again
Nice older motel with updated rooms. If you want to be out and away from it all with about 5 miles from anything, then this is the place for you! Owners are nice, rooms are clean and updated, and plenty of room for the kids to run around. Great views.
I stayed there last night spoke with the owner and had no problem. Today I go and and his wife is there or daughter and I was told to leave and could not staying anymore for absolutely no reason. I did not smoke or leave my room a mass everything was clean and perfect she would not give me a reason why besides her hearing me speak Spanish.
