Radisson Hotel Portland Airport

Their system was down but the two people working the front desk were able to get everyone into their rooms using pen and paper, definitely going above and beyond what one would expect from hotel staff.

Way worse than the Hyatt Place by the airport. Not worth whatever the cost different is.
Also it is *Insane* that they charge $14 to park.

My daughter and I spent one night here this past August. Service was very good. Shuttle service was great. Food was on the pricey side. Recommended

This was a great option for our pre-flight night. A better than average airport hotel for sure. All the staff were great - the check-in woman and bartender were friendly and efficient. The grounds were unexpectedly lovely. The salmon chowder at the restaurant was delicious! The shuttles worked perfectly! All good.

Hotel was decent, the rooms were a little dirty but the beds were clean. Carpet was kinda sketchy. None of the tables or surfaces were wiped down. The restaurant was really bad. My wife and i couldnt even eat it. Staff was great though.

We stayed at this hotel in May 2023 and enjoyed our stay so we returned last weekend. This time around was a very bad experience. There was no WIFI for the entire 3 days. We spoke to the hotel staff and they said the general manager was away and no one knew where the router was so they could not fix it.

The air conditioner in our room was broken. Ironically, the view outside our room was giant air conditioners on the roof that were really loud. So we got to listen to air conditioners all night while the unit in our room did not work. We spoke to hotel staff multiple times and they were unfriendly and unhelpful.

We booked this stay through expedia. The hotel staff said they couldn’t reimburse us or give us any compensation because it was booked through expedia. Expedia told us they couldn’t do anything because the hotel staff said no. Basically expedia and the hotel both blamed each other for not being able to do anything.

We called the general manager when we got home and left a voicemail. That was 3 days ago and they did not return our call.

Overall, very poor experience and we will not be going back. Broken Air conditioners. No WIFI. These are basic amenities advertised for the hotel. The rooms are dated and old.

The sound insulation of the floor is terrible, the sound of walking upstairs is so loud that it is difficult to sleep, the pillows are really soft and uncomfortable, but the bed is okay, not as difficult to sleep as other reviewers said. The most disappointing thing is to make an appointment to clean the room the next day before check-in, but when we came back, the room was not cleaned at all, and the towels, mineral water and bath products were not replenished at all. I called the counter and responded that it has been more than 2 hours until now. Still no Any processing, we left a tip before going out, but is such a service worth it?

This was a great hotel, didn’t like the location but if you pay for the parking your car is safe.khan, one of the staff was really cool very personable.thanks for making our short stay enjoyable.

Close to the airport. Nice spot with on-site parking, $14 a day to park, cheap as far as Hotels in Portland Oregon go. Clean room, friendly service. Oregon is the grass seed capital of the us, if you have allergies - come prepared.

The air conditioner worked great, the shower was good, the mattress on the bed sunk a little bit on one side and the breakfast had a big selection of food to choose from.

Nice hotel. FYI they charge overnight guests $14 to park in their lot. A bit surprising. There does seem to be adequate on street parking. Airport Cafe is a two minute walk and a great food option.

Very misleading booking! You are required to pay $14 to park. Walked in and staff member was very rude and told me shuttle was not available like booking said. Was never told we could pay early for breakfast buffet and get a discount. Buffet is $10 if paid day before and $15 day of. We walked in and noticed buffet was nothing too much more than a continental breakfast at another hotel! While eating our 'buffet breakfast", we got to listen to the waitress complaining about their jobs and guests eating outside. Extremely unprofessional. When we walked up to the counter at midnight to utilize the shuttle, the night staff was completely lost. We planned the shuttle hours in advance and our 'shuttle pass' was sitting right in front of her and she kept telling us we needed to pre-plan for shuttle. We kept telling her we planned this 4 hours earlier. Then she finds our pass and says the driver was waiting for us and need to show 5 minutes before shuttle time. It was 12: 11 by the time she found our pass and shuttle was at 12: 15. Whole experience was ridiculous. Never going back to this place. DONT RECOMMEND!

Firstly we had to pay for parking, $14 unless you want to park out on the street. The beds were very uncomfortable. The pillows which were soft and squishy like I love ended up feeling like the were crushing my ear. All four in our family did not sleep well! They offered ear plugs on the nightstand as it is near the airport. I didn’t hear too many planes. The room was a nice size but very dated. We saw a bug crawling on the wall as we were getting ready to leave our room! They offered a grab and go breakfast from 4am-6: 30am otherwise they offered breakfast in the restaurant for a price. We didn’t partake of either. We definitely won’t stay at this hotel again!

You can hear every movement in the room above you. No refrigerator in room. Extra parking fee. Not super near the airport. Otherwise fine cheap chain hotel.

No complaints at all. Little mix up on shuttle time but easily resolved. Beware of pkg fee.

It was problemless. The staff was Amazing. Saw to your every need. I will stay at Radisson again.

Large rooms. Great prices. King bed, useable mini fridge, x2 complementary water bottles. In room heating and cooling unit that is controllable by the guest.

Also had a nice 3 person sofa and very large tv. This was a king bed room reservation, not a suite. For $136.

Near the airport but still quiet. Ear plugs were provided and on the nightstand for 2 guests.

Very nice, large bath towels, not the half towels I've come to expect on many business trips.

Free airport shuttle.

Breakfast is offered at 6am. And for early risers coffee, and quick grab snacks available at 4am. I did not try the breakfast as I flew out before it opened, and cannot add an opinion to the quality.

There is a bar and grill onsite.

Overall, very nice ambiance and polite, courteous staff. Would stay here again.

A hotel located along the lake near Portland Airport.
It was a good location for a Portland partner meeting, but it was a bit difficult for those who are sensitive to the sound of airplanes taking off and landing.
