Being coming here for years. Staff is friendly & recognize me when I come in or if my daughter's go without me, they ask.where's your mom? Luv it! And the food is good too!

Video poker was pretty lucky, although the owners wife or employee was pretty weird. Nothing ultimately too wrong and wouldn't prevent me from going to this place, but just make sure you hand your cash tags you get from the machine to a gentleman instead

I absolutely love and adore this place! No it's not fancy but it's homey. The food is tasty and comforting with generous portions! Henry and his family are awesome people who work their butts off to keep this place going! Quality is consistent, I've been going here all my life basically and will always return whenever I can!

Splendid! Henry knows to cook the chicken dishes we love so, General Tso is beyond reproach, and do t miss the house special fried rice.

We ordered carry out: the Szechuan family dinner for a group of three. When I lifted the bag upon pick up, the weighed like 15 pounds! So much food!
When I got home and spread the food out across the dining room table, it felt like a feast fit for a king. My family ate like royalty and I felt like the emperor from the 5th dynasty celebrating a grand victory while looking over my empire.
Everything was delicious.

Amazing restaurant! Staff was very courteous and we got our order faster than expected.my order was $65 and it was ready before the allotted time! Definitely recommend this location!

This place is our favorite Chinese food restaurant by far. They have totally the best crab puffs in Portland. I always get sweet and sour pork and fried shrimp here too. The chow mein is great. The food is always hot and fresh with huge portions. I wish I didn't move so far away from rainbow dragon.

If I could put a zero star i would, first off i pick up my order and when I paid i got an unitemized recipt, and so I couldn't tell what they put down for my order to check if everything was there, secondly I get home and realize there's two items missing i go to call and realize they are closed, so I call next day an hour after opening, I talk to the person over the phone whom I let know who I am what the total of my order was and what I got, but they claim it wasn't on my order, and I never ordered it, yet I ordered those items first so I wouldn't forget them.they continue to claim
I never ordered them. They will not refund me the money for the two items or make me another of those two items that were missing- worst customer service ever. Will not being going there again.

Only pick up orders since covid started. Food was hot and fresh but I was not a fan of the Beef and Broccoli tho. No flavor besides mono sodium glutamate.

Always have loved Rainbow Dragon 100%customer satisfaction! Always wait and play a little poker glad I did put in a 20.00 bill 5 walked out with over 200.00 Dollars after paying for our food! Great food & fun

My best friend took me here and I fell In love. It's truly authentic dishes and the owners are absolutely welcoming and friendly people! I would love to keep them in business!

Any time I order Chinese food, I order from here. The salt and pepper shrimp and the sesame chicken are fantastic. I love the pork fried rice too. The service is always friendly, the only reason I would order Chinese food anywhere else is if they're closed.

The food is still great and the owner was there he's a very nice man. You're not allowed to eat in because they don't have any servers but you can get takeout. The subgum chow mein is excellent the shrimp is good and so is the egg foo young stop by and get your take-home order. Enjoy a Chinese food dinner.

Quite possibly the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I'm still swimming through the dough. I'm pretty sure the fried rice was made with the previous days rice.b

I can't really judge the food because we were told that there was no dine in at that time of night which was 830pm. To their credit they have it posted that they close at 9pm but I didn't know that. However I have eaten here in the past it was a long time ago but I liked the food and I wanted Chinese but I didn't get any. Maybe next time. For now I will have to give only 3 stars only because I know the food was good last time.

Didnt eat here unfortunately but 5 stars for the owner himself. We went in to escape the heat while we waited on our ride and he gave us a soda while we played lottery. Very good atmosphere and the owner is not what you usually get at one of these.go here.give him money he has earned it

Currently to go orders only as of 07/02 but bar is still open and video lottery is available. So you can go in place an order and wait:)

Absolutely amazing service! Super nice man/owner who took our order. All good was accounted for and fresh and delicious. Played video lottery as I waited for my food to be cooked. Went during 6pm prime dinner time after the owner had been closed for 5 days of personal vacation and he was BUSY! Yet was still attentive kind and energetic spirit with great atmosphere and food!

Quick, efficient service and convenient location. They have very tasty beef and broccoli, though I would prefer if the broccoli were more well-done. Their pork chow mein is good too, served with bean sprouts instead of noodles.
