Seldom have I encountered such courteous, professional, and comprehensive customer service. The manager, Charlie Cordes, personally worked with me to select and purchase my dream RV. As I am soon turning 70 and planning on spending the next few years frequently traveling in this RV, I have depended on Charlie for his guidance and expertise-which is limitless. Given these unprecedented times with COVID-19, he has graciously and cheerfully (as well as the owner, Mike) worked with me on the numerous timing issues the pandemic has created (DMV being closed, RV storage areas full, my recent hip replacement surgery, etc.).
I honestly cannot make enough positive statements about my experience with Rally Auto Mart without gushing. They run a great, fair and honest operation with the customer experience their number one priority!

Wow! What a pleasant surprise. Let's be honest - I was a little iffy when we stopped at this place due to the location, bad stories you hear about "RV dealers on 82nd" and some downright bad RVs that sit at the back of the lot. But we saw a couple we were interested in and pulled in - and I'm so glad we did! We found an amazing deal on a great travel trailer - but the service that has come with it has been the best part. Charlie rode with me to ensure it would fit in our RV space by our house before we even purchased it. Robbie in service gave us the best walk through of the trailer we could get - as we are new to the RV space. They both have given us peace of mind that if anything goes wrong, they have our backs. My and fiancee had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing our first travel trailer from Charlie! He was very knowledgeable, upfront, and detailed in his description of the trailer we were looking at. He didn't pressure us into anything and gave us time to make our decision. He was very easy to negotiate with on price and we're very happy with what we paid. The entire transaction was incredibly smooth from start to finish! Charlie connected us with Angie at Columbia Credit Union for financing which only took a couple of days to turn around. On the day we picked up the trailer we arrive to find it completely detailed and parked up front for us to get a run through of all the features from Robert who did an excellent job showing us how everything works! We were given plenty of time to ask questions and make sure we were familiar with how everything worked.
