Really excellent bowl of ramen - esp the black garlic oil. Be ready to order when you sit, otherwise can take a bit.

The waiters was nice. The noodle broth is really good depending if you ate food simliar like it.

Was here last week and had a seat at the high tables with my family. I was facing the kitchen and saw workers eating and making food without washing hands after placing hands in mouth. They were next to the dishwasher prep area eating tacos. I think they realized afterwards and finally washed but I feel it’s not sanitary to have workers eating and going to prepare food. Cooking with food in their mouth and touching food that is going in their mouth and then customers plates. I understand they have to eat but always have clean hands. I’ve been here many times and first time seeing this. Very disturbing to see this and then eat my food knowing what I saw.hoping this helps and they correct the issue.

Giving this place 5 stars all around. They never disappoint. Their food is inexpensive (2 bowls of ramen - one large, garlic edamame, gyoza and two cokes is around ~35$). They are always quick without compromising the quality of their food. And the ramen is just so damn good. Highly recommend.

Great Curry, I'll probably add some corn and bean sprouts next time. I remember having curry with carrots, potatoes and onion. So it felt like something was missing. The Miso Ramen was very good and for a son that doesn't really like Miso that was good.

The area is a little small and entry is on the outside as the Uwajimiya in store entry is closed. Yelp waiting list is convenient, sign in and look around more, notified when the table was ready.

Really solid ramen spot in Beaverton! I really enjoyed my spicy ramen and we also got two sides, including the gyoza. The curry dish was a reasonable portion and the flavor was good. As far as the Ramen goes, I'm usually used to tonkotsu broth but the shoyu broth at this restaurant was flavorful, rich, and pretty balanced. This is a spot that my friends go to often, one person actually weekly!

Their ramen can not be matched. The chashu (pork cutlets) and great alongside their rich and savory Shoyu (soy sauce) broth with more than just one broth offering.

The atmosphere is so cultural with the employees most of the time greeting you with typical Japanese professional greetings and goodbyes/thanks.

The food is definitely delicious! I shared some with my mom in a smaller bowl because I wasn’t that hungry for a big bowl. The miso ramen is oh so flavorful! The boiled egg wasn’t all that runny inside, but oh well it was still good! The seaweed was more salty than expected. Also the wooden seating area was so uncomfortable! Omg they should put padding on top of the wood!

Overall, a middle of the road ramen experience. The noodles and broth were passable but not anything special. The pork was very good, though, which helped make up for the bland and overcooked not-very-soft boiled egg. The service was prompt.

Amazing Vegetarian ramen! They use soy milk, black garlic oil and miso paste for their creamy and tasty flavor soup, I’m not a big fan of clear vegetarian ramen broth since its not super special so this place is a perfect place for me. They use Handmade noodles with perfect texture. I usually added tofu or boiled eggs on top as my protein.
If you love matcha then you should try their matcha tiramisu. It’s not super sweet but has strong matcha flavor and taste which I really like and I think it’s worth for matcha lovers.

The place is convenient and definitely welcoming. They have a smaller menu which what lets them focus on the customer service and meat quality.

We came in to try it out before groceries and it is alright. My wife had their Mayu ramen while I had the "Killer Spicy". The mayu was rather refreshing, a little over powered on the broth but good.

I was disappointed in the killer spicy. Since the actual heat came from just the actual temperature of the soup rather than the oils and spices. To confirm spiciness took out some of the meat and broth to cool and had wife taste nothing. She tried the soup directly from the bowl and said was hot like coffee.

The food was nice, I'd give it 7 out of 10. The staff was tired and unhappy, can't blame them I guess.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and have never been disappointed. We drive from Salem about every month or so because nothing else compares. This evening we were seated, ordered, and received our food in under 10 minutes. Amazing service!

Popular joint for fast and appropriately proportioned ramen dishes. A bit salt forward for my palate but a fun vibrant atmosphere with decent enough flavors. Adjacent to a large Asian super market specializing in an abundance of popular Eastern foodstuffs.

Okay, this is hands down the best ramen in Beaverton and possibly the greater Portland area. I get the killer spicy with miso and I’m blown away every time! Fast and kind service that only makes the over all experience better! Try it, you will not be disappointed!
