Ray's Food Place reviews
12 If customers are paying more per item at Rays than anywhere else in town the least Ray's could do is be nice to its customers. Absolutely tired of standing in long lines just to deal with angry and rude employees.
Horrendous customer experience more often than not.
Price is fair, great staff. They could have more in the late day but we all know it's hard to find good workers
I found the prices for healthy food quite high. Vegetables & fruits are quite expensive, not to mention the "all purpose" flour at an exorbitant price.
However, the staff was pleasant and smiling. Always ready to serve if the need arose.
Ray's carries a large variety of different products you can't find at other grocery stores
It's very nice place it's clean but it's expensive there's a steady flow of people but you don't have to wait in line very long That's probably the biggest benefit is they have a large selection and you don't have to wait in line although you're going to pay a little bit more sometimes even double
Prices are totally off the hook. Paid 9.00 for 32oz bottle of 409.2 weeks later at Walmart in Redmond same thing 3.55.
Extremely high prices. This place is about 30% higher than other stores in Oregon, and Oregon is already 25-30% higher than Utah and Nevada.
Ray's is one of my favorite stores rather it be here local or out of town like prineville. They always have a good meat selection. The service is g great
Over priced, many times I've bought food it's expired or close to it. Never had issues with staff, but some definitely more friendly than others. Lost my business during the pandemic when they denied a 90yo old lady WITH OXYGEN to shop at the store because "She refused to wear a mask". I shopped for her that day and brought her groceries out to her car, since none of the staff would. Out of all the places in town to get groceries, this would be my last choice.
Good place for groceries and Ray’s also has a small selection of fishing poles and tackle.
Very clean inside & outside. The cashiers were both polite and efficient so there is very little if any waiting in line. I believe the store manager's name is Mike (not % positive) Is a very helpful n really nice guy.
