6I really liked this place. Staff are patient about explaining things and it was a very peaceful MRI even though it was long. I will choose this location again.
They have not answered my message I sent weeks ago regarding an ultrasound. They don’t have an ultrasound printer and will not provide images.
Every experience I have had with Rayus has been good. I needed an ultrasound and they were able to see me at this location same day. I arrived at my check in time, was in the room within five minutes and out before my actual appointment start time. Super smooth and easy experience.
Was referred here from my OBGYN, showed up on time to be told that my appointment as cancelled and no one notified me. They didn’t reach out to the referring provider they just decided to cancel and I found out about it at the time of appointment when me and my husband took time off from work to be there. So unprofessional.
I had an appointment at their Beaverton office at 2pm on a Saturday. When I got there the office was open, all the lights on BUT THE OFFICE WAS EMPTY.i waited for 45 minutes no one ever came. I even walked around the office asking. “Is there anyone here”, no one was there.
Lazaro, the front desk person, was very professional and helpful since the moment I walked in. The technicians were great too
Definitely coming back to this facility for future exams.
