Scott Kemp at Realiant Photography took amazing real estate photos for us! He took his time and was very easy to work with. It was great work from a great guy!

The scheduling process was easy and they were very communicative and answered my many questions before, during, and after the photoshoot. The services were exactly as described. The photos came out beautifully and they worked with me to get a few specific shots I requested. The 3D walkthrough was wonderfully done as well.

I was not impressed with the quality of work that was performed. About 1/2 of the photos are not usable.
1) I asked that they do not take a photo of the back yard, and they did that anyway. Not only did they take the photo, but they didn't even clean off the leaves from the play structure. Making it look run down.
2) They took a picture or a rusty eweb sign that had my street address rather than the nice wooded handmade one 20 feet away in the nice garden.
3) Interior photos look off, with strange shot of beds and no though on spacing furniture to accommodate camera angles. This left my room looking like it was all smooshed. To be honest my iphone took as good of photos as they did.

I have been using Scott Kemp and Reliant Photography for the past 5 years. The professionalism, product quality and turnaround time are consistently top notch. Reliant Photography can't be beat!
