I always look forward to my appointments with Crystal! She has such a comfortable and clean studio that I feel quite relaxed and often fall asleep while she applies eyelash extensions. She is very gentle in her application of the extensions which also puts me at ease.
I am over the moon with the end results! I have been getting the classic lashes which have fit my eye shape and lifestyle. I really like how she consulted (and continues to) with me with the look I desire and explaining the process and the up keep. I recently also had my eyebrows tinted with her and was very happy with the results.

Crystal is the most knowledgeable and detail oriented lash lady/esthetician/life advice guru out there. For months I drove all the way from Portland to have my lashes done by her because in 15 years I had never found someone whose style of lash work and retention even came close. She is so knowledgeable on the science behind everything from ph to humidity to skin care and aesthetics. She goes above and beyond to educate her clients and follow up and make appropriate suggestions to get my skin looking as glowing as hers!
