There was a delay bc they had to order parts but that sort of thing is to be expected.

Would not at all recommend this place. The employee I talked to was nice but that's it.

Brought my laptop here after backlight went out. Paid $25 for a diagnosis and was told I would hear back by the next morning at the latest. After calling them TWICE and finally coming in 2 days later, I was told they were unable to find the part and the fix would be ~$300. They seemed much more interested in selling me a modified, used laptop than fixing mine. When I decided to take my laptop elsewhere they returned it with a crack in the bottom of the screen, which I didn't see until I was home.

If you value good communication and technicians, take your business elsewhere.

I brought in my macbook air for a screen replacement a few weeks ago, and ever since my camera hasn't worked. I tried everything i could to get it working and im certain that it had something to do with the repair. It was expensive too, if you're going to charge those prices, don't break my computer

Edit: 10 months later, this is now the second time I have brought in my computer to be fixed and it was returned damaged. I brought it in to fix some water damage and it was returned working for only 10 minutes and then shut down. Looks like it’s bricked. I’m gonna see if I can get a refund but this is ridiculous. Additionally, the plastic case that I had on my MacBook was cracked and filthy, and it was returned.

Just called to describe the issue and was verbally assaulted on the phone. I’m close to pursuing legal action

Reboot was the only place I could find open on a Sunday to help me out with a twisty, frustrating BSOD issue. They were able to help me locate the issue so that I could get my system back up and running.

My one issue would be that I was patiently expecting a call or text when my diagnostic was complete, but it never came. I finally called after another day, finding out it was just sitting there waiting.

I'm not sure what wires got crossed there, but hopefully, it's not a common occurrence. Beyond that, they did good work.

First time going and it was great! I needed my iPhone fixed and they had a good price to fix it unlike others.others be over priced. I’ll for sure be back!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME
I took my laptop to be repaired as it was damaged from the left side, I was still able to use it just fine. Took it in to get “fixed” the screen started flickering after they had already “fixed” it. Took it back and they took a month to tell me they broke my laptop and can’t fix the issue. So I can buy a a laptop from them! No thanks and the owner is super rude and only gave me a partial refund! Go elsewhere!

Have used them for work in the past with no issues.

This time was told 24 hr turnover and not called at all. I called after 3 business days and was told they hadn't had time to diagnose my PC yet. I had already told them the screen LEDs were out.

The reason for expensive replacement parts were due to my larger touch screen. Will buy more common system specs for cheaper replacement in the future.

Ended up purchasing a monitor for my "all-in-one" rather than pay more for a screen than a new PC.

They corrected their mistake with no fee and were better than the non-existant service at Geek Squad Salem. =: xB

I was going to bring my laptop back in to get serviced after getting it diagnosed my first visit there. Everyone was very friendly and gave me a detailed breakdown of what was wrong and what to replace. My experience was 5 stars. But the reason I'm giving them 1 star right now (zero if I could) is that someone from the store just called me to tell me "YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO SUE ME and I'll only talk to your lawyers moving forward". Then hung up on me. Obviously, I was very confused and wanted to call back and explain that they had the wrong person and try to calm down the frantic employee of the misunderstanding. I got yelled at and then hung up on 2 more times without getting a chance to get a word in. I don't have lawyers trying to hunt down this employee, and I'm not mad about my service. Just very confused and now irritated at the unprofessional encounter for a situation that doesn't even exist. You definitely lost my business for good. Wooooooooooooooooow.

*Update - custom build PC for music and photo creation works incredibly well. Very satisfied with the work.

I had an issue with a new build that I couldn't diagnose despite years of PC building, troubleshooting, and repairs. They were able to get my PC on the bench and diagnosed in just a few hours. Best of all, they were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and VERY affordable; I expected it to cost triple what it did.

I'll 100% be giving them repeat business when needed, and I'll be sending all my tech friends their way as well. I couldn't recommend a company higher.

Dropped my laptop off to have the screen repaired. About an hour after I made the drop I got a call from reboot with a full diagnostic and a reasonable price for the repairs. Sounds like they're also going to be honoring the warranty on a battery in a laptop they changed out for me. I'm very happy with my experience there this time I tried to personally think the owner Edwin but it seemed as he was very busy. The staff was very friendly and I appreciate the attention to detail.

Terrible Experience. Brought my laptop in for a screen issue. Took over 4 weeks of back and forth internal miscommunication to find out what the diagnosis was. No one was on the same page. Always promised to call me back and NEVER did. Then when I receive my laptop back, the hinges were broken during the diagnosis. They handed it back to me hoping I wouldn't notice. When asked about what happened, the owner said that the hinges were "weird". After asking follow up questions about the hinge, he Yelled at me (seriously, I am a calm person) asking "do you want me to fix it or not". I said I did. Still no contact since then. Very sketchy business.

I am so thankful for this business! I am computer illiterate and have had to bring both my work computer and personal computers to have them fix them. They were quick and affordable! This last time my kids Chromebook wasn't working and they fixed it right then and didn't charge me. I recommend them for all computer repairs!

American businesses in 2023 rarely carry an employee or a service that can be defined as a class act, and up until the end of 2021, I thought for sure that the values and the ethics that my grandfather taught me were gone. These gifted men have made repairing the hardware that delivers the magic of technology a delight, and I do not say this lightly. Their professionalism and intuitive foresight has stamped a clear impression of optimistic hope and energized me for the next big discovery, the next wave of advanced technology, a new generation of people raised to gather and ponder the vast impossible situation we all collectively appreciate as life, so allow yourself the chance to Reboot your life and let it sink in.
