Extremely friendly and helpful staff. All were knowledgeable and attentive and catered to my wants and requests. I look forward to a long, successful recovery from a very complex injury with Tami and the rest of the staff. Highly recommended. They will exceed your expectations and give amazing care.

I’ve had a very positive experience with the care provided by Justin Hoggarth and the staff at Rebound Physical Therapy in Prineville. Improved range of motion and experiencing less pain. I highly recommend this clinic. Nice clean facility too.

Front desk couldn't be bothered to answer a couple of questions regarding pre approval, and insurance accepted. She was on her cellphone. 2: 36 pm so not lunch time. She told me I would have to call my insurance to get my questions answered. Well no thanks! Good bye!

Justin, thank you for your response. I did get to a therapist. The clinic was able to verify I did not need pre authorization for treatment. And that they did accept blue cross. That took them approximately 20 minutes. It was the fact she was clearly on a personal call perusing the internet and did not care to be interrupted. She did not explain anything. Just said I would have to call to find out. I walked out the door and around the corner and peered in the window so I could see her internet page. It gave a bad first impression of your likelihood of quality care. That initial interaction left me feeling that care was not the first order of business.
There is a competitor in town that was the exact opposite of this experience. They were helpful with their expertise as well as organized and clean. They got me in the next morning, recognizing I was in pain. Sorry to have written this review. Wish you and all your customers well, but ecstatic to have found the clinic that is helpful.

Recovering from Shoulder Surgery is no fun! Really. It is a slow process. The people at Prineville's Rebound Physical Therapy literally envelop we damaged clients with honest care. From the initial appointment their work and maybe more importantly, their encouragement, brings our broken bodies back. Thanks!

I had the best physical therapy. Tami was very knowledgeable, patient, and gave the best therapy and advice. The staff all around were great. They always greeted me the second I walked through the door. I was never left alone. They made sure with everything that I knew exactly what to do.
