19 Your new automated systems is not great. I couldn't even complete a pickup over the phone. It was having a hard time discerning that I wanted ketchup with my order. It gave me the option to speak with someone and it just rings then hangs up on you.
Once I was able to reach someone they sent me back through the automated system. After 3 calls I gave up trying to place an order.
I enjoy coming here every know and then as my wife and I live in the area. Great burgers and service. Usually bubbly atmosphere. So I enjoy it! I realize it's a red robins and not a (insert random culture) 5 star restaurant. But I do enjoy it. A lot! Thank you.
The waitress was kind and the ambiance is nice and my son enjoyed his meal but the quality of food has gone down alot and I rather go to many other burger joints with all the options. And they got rid of the Blue Ribbon Burger which I believe was because they didn't want to offer Hienz 57 anymore. Side salad is cheap, and food is cheap. If I go back I will definitely lower my standards.
Why lie? Like if it’s gonna take 25 mins don’t tell me ten… if you don’t have an item that comes on my burger say that don’t just leave it till I figure it out. Literally the worst Red Robin you can order from
We went for my son's birthday. For the most part all the wait staff were incredibly nice and positive and the food was what we have come to expect from Red Robin. Our waiter specifically was awesome! There was one lady however, that walked around complaining about the staff around customers and was incredibly rude to my guests. This would have been a higher rating if it wasn't for her souring our experience. I have worked in food service before and understand having gripes with coworkers but keep it in the back and don't take it out on paying customers.
Like always they have good burguers and beer, what was really great was the service. For me that is really important and was the best part.
It’s burgers and awesome fries kind of hard to mess that up. Oh man I love the Campfire Sauce! The servers are very nice.
Great food took awhile to get our order taken and to get the food but still great food really nice servers and definitely recommend to others
I have been coming to this location for years and yesterday was the worst experience ever. Service was awful, employees on there phone not carrying about anything around them. The food was cold! I was super excited to try there new fondue burger and when we got it everything was cold. I ask the employee is the fondue was supposed to be cold or hot just to be sure I got the correct thing and he said hot. (it was super cold). They took 15 min to bring us a “warm” fondue by that time our burger was cold. And the fries where old and cold like really.
Kicked me out because I didn't wear a mask for those 20 feet from the door to the table. The walk of DEATH lol. Guess I'll bring my money and my tip to Five Guys

It was a nice experience for me. It's my future mother in law favorite restaurant and I loved that she took me there. The food was good, we had free water with lemon and we had this monitor at the tables to order food.
Jason and Ian brought our food and drinks in literally seconds! Hands down AMAZING service! Definitely coming back! The drink was very pretty but I chugged it before this review, so you’ll just have to trust me
Spices pretty good burgers and stuff like that but overall I think it is overhyped also I gave them one less star because they are way overpriced restaurant was overall okay for me I know a lot of people love it but eh oh yes I forgot to mention one more thing in the customer service was okay too they didn't seem very happy to be working with their job I did not like this I only tip about 15% hoping the future if I ever go there again their customer service will be better cross I would highly recommend Elmer's instead of this there is one really close to here their service is also very extremely slow
The food is not my favorite. The service was great, though. The rain for three stars is that the pizza is terrible and the fries are just ok. My burger was good. Just not my favorite place to go.
Thank you for opening your doors once more. Again I've noticed that this is another place short on Staffing. Not their fault. Friendly courteous service. Love my Whiskey River BBQ wrap and garlic fries.
Weekends here are super busy and ensure you have the time to wait. Staff are super courteous and the food of course is consistent!
I had the worst customer service I've ever received at a Red Robin tonight I spoke with the manager didn't get a discount didn't get the extra strawberries I asked for she was good about getting us our fries but that was it we spent an hour inside even though we were told that it would be quick and easy service today at this restaurant because we came from a different Red Robin both me and my boyfriend and are two kids are disgusted with this Red Robin and won't give them another chance unless something happens about the service we received today
Very short wait too get in. Holly was our server, they did an amazing job. Food was perfect!
Only complaint was they were all out of Mozzarella Sticks!
This is honestly one of the nicer Red Robin's I've been to. The service was a little slow, but considering the amount of staff you could tell they were really working hard to keep up and keep everyone happy.
Personally I think they were extremely understaffed! Though our waitress was more attentive then most, 1/2 the job is left to the kiosks at the tables. This takes away from the personal touch that I expect from a restaurant. Plus, considering the price of the experience I'd like to see more personal touch and less screen time. It's sad when you get more attention at a fast food establishment because a computer has taken the experience out of the hands of the staff here. Too often we let technology get in the way of our human interactions, and these kiosks do just that.
I don't want to hide behind a screen. I can do that in the privacy of my home. When I take my business to a sit down restaurant I want a full experience without having to communicate to yet another computer. Real people and Real interactions. PLEASE!
