Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Salem OR

The food came very fast, but the waitress was very, very busy. Waitress was very nice, but I felt ignored. I ordered sweet potato fries, and they were forgotten, had to ask again for them. Wasn't asked if we needed a refill on drinks.

Had an order for pickup. The host told me to wait in their side area. Waited for over 10 minutes from the quoted time which would be no biggie if I wasn’t ignored completely and had to wait for a girl to finish her food before even asking me what my order was. Not sure why I’m asked to be tipped if a robot is taking my order and I gotta wait for the staff to finish chatting / eating to be acknowledged. No wonder people don’t like eating there. Sorry to the staff member who can’t even enjoy there meal because their coworkers ignore customers.

Rachel was an amazing waitress. I really appreciated everything she did to make our experience great! We will come back!

I usually love going to get my birthday burger and have always thought their burgers were some of the best, not this year! Something is different, my guacamole bacon burger was very underwhelming. Bacon was practically raw, the bun was different, too much bread to burger ratio and the fries were undercooked and mushy not golden and crispy, super bummed.

Great service, being in a mall parking was good. Fries kept coming and were nice and hot, Lots of great sauce choices too. Burgers were all served and cooked properly.

Came twice in the past month or so and what the actual hell, food takes 30+ minutes to come out, they don't refill fries, missing items on the burgers and than tell us it's not supposed to have them even though it says it does on the menu, they brought out my daughter's food 15m before anyone else got their food too.

Not enough people working for the number of customers they had, but the staff definitely worked hard! The mushroom burger was wet with oil, not juice, so that was a letdown. Made the mistake of getting vegetables for the kids' meals which were liimp and dry. The place does need a good cleaning but can not imagine the staff has an opportunity to stay on top of it. Oh, scorpion burger.get it.awesome!

I love red robins kinda biased, but this is my favorite one outta them all the food is quick and delicious.

This is the second time in a week I have gotten delivery from here via DoorDash and the order is missing an entire item. I can get a partial refund from DoorDash but it doesn’t make up for the missing food. Red Robin: PLEASE TRAIN YOUR WORKERS TO DOUBLE CHECK ORDERS BEFORE SENDING THEM OUT.

If you close at 10: 00pm, the chairs should not be stacked on tables at 8: 30 with staff vacuuming the dining area. Good grief on that management decision. Just close at 8 and get it done with. And no, it wasn’t just an area. The entire establishment was operating as closed or closing 90 minutes before close. And fyi: if Monday night football isn't on at the bar because the remote doesn’t work, spend $20 and get a new remote. The bartender wasn't even aware if the tv had the game on or not. Huh? Failing on all fronts here Red Robin. Please do better. Sincerely, a traveling businessman who just wanted a decent burger after a 14 hour day on the road.

So twice I've been treated rudely by the staff. Tonight I walked in and 3 couples said they had been waiting for about 5 minutes to be seated. 8: 30pm. Being old school, I didn't hesitate. I steped in around the corner and found all of the tables unbused or food crumbs. And maybe two tables with customers. The only waitress I saw proceeded to ignor me while chatting it up with what must have been a long lost relative. After about a minute, I had to say excuse me. EXCUSE ME you have 3 families out here waiting to be seated (for your overpriced service). She responded with "Im talking to a customer here" So I walked out. Such possibilities. Sucks thiers very little options in Salem!

Bad service! Bad food! For some reason I just need a reminder every year or two! See you guys in 16 months!

I just love the food. Always get great service and tasty food every time I go. I can get a nice meal and not break my bank.

I like to pick up my orders and eat at home. I’ve had horrible experiences with Red Robin. There is something always wrong with my order. Today I was missing sauce on my order and the server said in a non-caring tone “well that’s not on your ticket. ” The servers were also less than understanding that my order was 30 minutes late. They said “sorry, it’s a busy night. ” Apparently it was done and had been sitting in the kitchen… By the time I got home, my food was cold. I will also mention that I have tried to call customer care about issues with previous orders and they never followed up. I always plan on having a bad experience with a good burger when I go here.

The food is always good, but they are horribly understaffed so expect long waits for a table, fries, drinks and food. I would avoid this location.
