7 Megan Central Point, loved saying Not Today for delivery, held my goods hostage. Wanted more dollars. My goods passed by my address. But, driver was instructed not to deliver. Received qoute online from Reddaway. Megan. Central Point would not honor online qoute. Online quote, requires fill out online form for BOL for pickup, with dollar amount.
Pay driver COD with check.
Megan Reddaway Central Point did not communicate prior to online notification of delivery. I had to call Megan so happy to say. NOT TODAY FOR DELIVERY. I
Called Reddaway Corp.and 30 minutes later. Megan calls says Reddaway will honor online qoute and turn delivery driver around.
Customers, Beware of this HUB, Bait and Switch, they will renegotiate the Fees on you, holding your goods prisoner. Call Reddaway Corp. If you have problems with Central Point Hub.
I ordered a water storage barrel from Home Depot because my well was dry, had been for 1 1/2 months. Finally I got a new well! It was before the barrel was scheduled to deliver by 1 week. I canceled the order and Home Depot was very nice about it. Now I have been getting bills, 1st from Reddaway, then later from Yellow.another freight company, saying it's the 2nd bill.
Home Depot is working on it for me.
My order is over a week late for important product. I have been on hold for almost a hour. The tracking keeps telling me delivery tomorrow as it has for over a week. Every single order I get has a hole in the side. If it was my option I would never use them again
Got a call for our delivery showed up they could not find the order paperwork problem not under my name even though they called me to pick it up 30 minutes later final get loaded up but everything else very smooth.
Management does not care about the employees below them. They don't engage them unless it is to tell them they made a mistake.no positive praising or kudos whatsoever. The moral is VERY low.
Had to go by here a couple times to pick up some solar equipment. They were extremely quick. The guys in the yard loading the stuff into my truck was friendly and careful too. One of the times coming here, I happened to go to the wrong location and they were able to help me find the right place.
