A nice trail goes through the neighborhood with wetlands that house lots of wildlife to enjoy.

Currently there are three parks with more to come and and a dog park coming soon!

There is a mini skatepark for skateboarding or scooters.

For families there is a grade school that will be completed this year!

An urgent care is walking distance with a health gym and a senior living facility right next door.

Plans for a shopping mall with grocery store are in the works!

This community continues to grow and is already amazing!

Gorgeous community and a lot of floor plans to tour. The neighborhood amenities are well thought out and everyone seems super friendly.

I am very excited to see beautifully developed neighborhoods coming in the area. Grades for schools around the area are also improving gradually (which is exactly what I was expecting) making it a more sought after location in the near future. All indications are pointing to one thing, this will be the new Bethany in the near future. Being a realtor myself I am excited to see the new development potential for this area.

Subdivision life has no appeal to me but Reeds crossing is a beautiful and well developed community. I work for the company that did and is still doing all of the ground work. If your looking for a suburban life this is it.
