Love that this place is in MAC and the staff is fantastic … highly recommend any of their treatments. I’ve done a few things including peels and injections (need to keep lines and migraines away)! Each time, I’ve felt 100% satisfied and know I can count on this place when I need a refresh. They also offer great products!

Awesome staff! I've been getting laser treatment for some scars, and they've all been very respectful and kind about it. Jennifer is super compassionate and has been incredibly supportive during treatment. My scars are much less noticeable than they were and the process has been very easy.

Great service and great staff. They are always easy to make appointments with and provide top notch treatments that are as quick and painless as they come. Plus they see me on Saturdays when I am too busy during the week. These girls always treat me like family and I love getting to see them!

Renewal Skin and Laser was highly recommended to me by an esthetician I've been going to since 2016, due to the quality of their lasers. I've had IPL and medical grade chemical peels and I'm pleased with my experience and the results. The services I received were delivered with safety and care. Everybodys skin responds to treatment differently based on a variety of conditions that influence outcomes. They do a great job of treatment planning and individualizing care. I will continue to trust them with my skin care needs.

Glad someone spoke up about the unprofessional behavior of the office manager. I stopped going here almost as soon as she was hired. I can’t believe the disrespectful way she treats clients like we are not paying thousands of dollars to receive these services.

I have been a client at Renewal for years now and unfortunately due to the unprofessional behavior of the office manager I no longer will be a client. She practices laser with no license and will call and scream at you. She brags about breaking her finger from punching someone in the face defending her daughter during your appointment. These services are extremely expensive so to have someone treat clients and their staff so disrespectfully is sad. I emailed the owner as my last phone call with her I just wanted to speak to the wonderful eyebrow technician so I could ask some questions about my last appointment and the manager yelled at me saying she will not be calling me and “IM THE OFFICE MANAGER I KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT EVERY SERVICE AND WHY DO YOU HAVE A TONE WITH ME”. All I wanted was to ask the professional eyebrow tech which service she thinks I should get this time as she told me to request to speak with her directly during my last appointment and the office manager is not an esthetician so she is not the one I wanted advice from. Sadly the owner who is a doctor is unaware of the clients who have stopped coming due to the office manager and how she takes the work cell phone home with her instead of being open during business hours at the office. I got a harassing email from her stating I can no longer be a client because I told her I was going to contact the owner while she was yelling at me. I have also had many last minute appointment change request by the manager in which I had to leave work early to accommodate but her most recent policy for clients who need last minute changes to their appointments is a service charge of up to 70% charge of your visit. These visits range from $300-$3000 so that is ridiculous. You won’t see other negative reviews because she will give away free services to have people delete them Save your money and go elsewhere.

I recommend this place 10/10! They are amazing. The entire staff is very kind and knowledgeable. They make me feel very welcomed and comfortable each time I visit! Providing great services with the best results.

I went to a different med spa for lip fillers and I felt like the injector wasn’t listening to my ideas. When I left that appointment I wasn’t happy with my results. I started following a lot of Med Spa’s on social media and I decided on Renewal Skin and Laser. I was scheduled with Katrina and was able to fix all the imperfections that were left behind and gave me the most beautiful lips I had asked for! The staff was very sweet, especially Jen! I felt very comfortable with everyone and trusted Katrina to do my lips! 10/10 experience, I would recommend to everyone and I will be coming back!
