Had multiple no shows, had to prove with pictures that there driver lied and said he picked up and didnt. Didnt pick up trash all of December so i cancled sevice and was told they wouldnt bill for that month. I received a bill and no o e documented the call so now they have to listen to the call. And see if what im saying it true. Horrible service never urse for you business like we did.

We live on SW Badger Ave Redmond Oregon. Our Republic Services Trash Pick up guy is the BEST! I have observed him getting out of truck to pick up trash that was too large to fit in the trash cans on many occasions. Today he noticed I was limping and quickly got out of his truck and rolled my trash can in my side yard! I don’t know his name but he is amazing, Friendly, and always goes the extra mile! We appreciate him so very much! Thank You Sir!

Got missed on Tuesday. Emailed per instructions on their site! No pick up on Wednesday emailed again. No pick up on Thursday, called was told that it would be picked up on Friday. No pick up on Friday, now no way to talk to anyone! Not customer service focused and definitely they can't honor their commitments! Now our can is full for the whole weekend!

Miss our garbage or recycling pick up frequently. I always report it online, the say 48 hours, it has now been 5 days and they still have not been by and I can not get a hold of anyone in the phone. If I had any other option for teach pick up I would certainly go with anyone else, but unfortunately I keep paying for a service that is only delivered a fraction of the time.

I am billed by the city automatically for my garbage service, yet they seem to skip me once a month. I usually do not complain and figure it is just a simple error. Last month, however, my recycling and garbage were skipped and now my garbage service has been skipped. Have you tried to call this company? It is ridiculous! I have been on hold for over 20 minutes! I miss High Country Disposal and their customer service, this Republic Services is awful. Being forced to pay for something I do not receive is terrible customer service

I watch them drive by my works Recycle bin almost every Thursday, and they NEVER stop to pick up. I've called multiple times, no resolve. Get it together you guys.

We moved in May of 2022

We canceled service online in may. 4 months later September still being billed for services. We have spent hours on the phone, one employee even reversed charges.the next month we were billed again. Still spending time on the phone trying to correct this issue, as it is not yet resolved.

Really pathetic a company so big can't figure out their billing. No employee's seem to care at all.

Would use anyone else, if options were available.

We purchased a new home, and were told we would get our trash, recycle and grass bins a WEEK later. I guess no big deal, we can make a dump run on our dollar if need be. They never showed/ and didnt communicate. We had to call to find out what was going on. And then were informed it would be the next week at the earliest. I asked if they could deliver off day as most of our neighborhood got theirs and were ordered the same week as ours and the answer was “it doesnt work like that” and the only answer i got from management was “it is what it is, nothing we can do”. I even offered to come pick up my OWN cans from them and they said that isnt possible. I asked if they could prorate my account as i am out service 2 weeks minimum where i have to store/dispose of trash MYSELF? And the answer was, unfortunately there is no way to do that either. So i am paying a full month of service for 2 weeks of service (if they even come next week), plus having to take my trash and grass and recycling to the local dump on my own dime.

Its not the fact of the money, its the principle of bad business, horrible customer service and rude management that didnt care to solve the problem in the first place. This could have been solved EASILY with multiple options for a resolve that i would have gladly accepted.

Then again, i guess there is a reason they have such a low rating to begin with. Wish there was another company as i would gladly pay more to go to a company that actually values their customers and treats them with respect.

There is plenty of ways to take care of this, the company just does not care and its evident.

Have been attempting to order an extra bin since the beginning of JUNE. They keep missing the delivery dates. I call back, "Oh we'll get one out on this date. " Then don't. Then when I call back, "Oh I guess we didn't get around to it, how about next week? "

Absolutely infuriating to deal with them. I called back a fourth time, to finally be told "Oh well the delivery dates promised wouldn't have worked because a driver quit on us so we are playing catch up. " and scheduled it another week out.

I mean if they can't fulfill delivery dates then just say so, and communicate clearly. But this constant on and on of "yep next time, yep next time, yep next time" is driving me up the wall.

** Update
They finally scheduled a new pickup date.
They drove the dropoff truck right in front of my house with the bin. Sat there for a second, then pulled off without dropping it off. Superb.

I wish I could give zero stars.

Promises, promises! They have failed to pick up our cardboard, trash, and recycling REPEATEDLY! They will get someone on it! Wrong! They always thank me for choosing Republic, but they are the only game in town. Four calls just this week. Started calling Wednesday, then Thursday, and two today.guess what? They will get to it Monday after promises to do it Thursday.then today. Friday.

Got text message from them to say short staffed and they wouldn’t be able to pick recycling. That’s fine. I understand that plus a holiday. Recycling and garbage on the curb already because I got the text message that day. Anyhow the garbage truck picked up my recycling mistaking it for trash. So called today. Customer service was incredibly rude and somehow it became my fault they made the mistake. I can only laugh. What a joke.

Yard debris truck never came. I called at 3pm to see if we should keep our bin out or bring it in.on hold for over an hour and got hung up on. I still don't know what to do with my bin.
