We used this Company for our weekly Garbage/Recycling services. They were constantly late, frequently missed our pick up days, increased our prices without notice, and when we cancelled our services with them they doubled billed us for a pick up containers fee. It is really unfortunate that our CEO has 4 properties in AZ and currently uses this Company but will be cancelling as well. Avoid at all costs; terrible Company on so many levels.

I work for Public Storage, we have a account with them. Today 05/20/2020 my driver went far and beyond what he had to just to make MY life easier. The dispatcher, she is such a sweetheart and I just wanted to thank both the driver and the dispatcher.

Company mixes trash, recycle and compost and takes it to the landfill. Recycling is hardly done here and they do more harm to the environment than good. Something needs to be done about this company and their impact on the environment. All they care about is the money and the service sucks anyway

Oh man.looking to have a stroke from stress.here’s the company you should work with. For over a week dealing with promises to pick up missed trash the next day. Each day missed, phone calls, supervisors next level escalations.nothing. Employees can’t even give you the number to the local company.you’re dealing with call centers that have no idea why orders for pick up are being canceled. Everyday for a week.birds going through my trash and spreading it around.
Company takes your money and doesn’t provide any service.

This company is terrible. They bought out the company that we we were using before and changed our service dates from 1 day a week from 2, without asking and we need 2 pick ups. Garbage and recycling is piling up at my business and they haven't serviced us in 10 days and never came on the new day. Trying to get a hold of them on the phone is impossible.

If zero was possible that is what I would choose; we were with Trashco- great co, but when republic purchased their account, we have yet to have a successful pickup with out calling; some times we have to call more then once over a period of days. Moved to another provider.

All these bad reviews on a corporate company only lead up to one thing. The staff does not want the added work it takes to handle a large number of customers. That way the staff can play and not work giving them time to sit eat their bon bons and watch TV. The staff gets their pay check no matter how much the corporate office loses. Their corporate office clearly does not know how many customers have went to other providers for service and the staff is enjoying all the free time for getting paid to do as little as possible.

We keep getting a credit on our account instead of having the real issue fixed. We just want our trash picked up so it stops overflowing. We will be ending our contract soon.

I help manage an apartment complex, ever since I came on board with this property, I have been having a difficult time with republic picking up the garbage on time, which leads to having to bag up garbage for them many many times. Republic is very hard to reach by phone, you have to literally go to their place of business and plead with them to do the job they are getting paid to do, many skipped garbage pickups. Whenever I speak with the receptionist at answering service I feel like I'm talking to a broken record " I oppologize for the inconvenience and we will send a driver out tomorrow to make up for the skipped days. They rarely keep their own promises and come out the next official garbage pick up day which forces me to call a junk company and spend yet more money for them to pick up what we are paying them to do for us. Occasionally the drivers have some kind of attitude that I could have done with out, as if everything was our fault.we never skipped a payment, we have made our garbage accessible to them, and when they do come out after skipping us they make a huge mess and don't clean it up as if it was our fault that we are overflowing.very frustrating to deal with an attitude that we need them more than they need us.well fortunately for us there are other garbage companies that pick up in our area, we are quite done with the broken record promises

This company is a stupid joke, the have never missed billing us but the missed to take care of our garbages every week. Stay away from them.

We use to be with Trashco. They were bought out by Republic. The service went from mom and pop style, getting it done, stellar service, to horrible, I could care less, big corporation style. I would consider a local company over these guys any day.

Shockingly poor service. The garbage and recycling pickup is sporadic at best, hardly ever occurring on the scheduled day. I now have a large pile of garbage heaped outside my business that was supposed to be serviced yesterday. Calling them to complain is a nightmare of call-center bureaucracy. At this point it has been impossible (I tried, they refused) to actually speak to someone in the city of Portland, let alone someone in this time zone. Needless to say I will be finding another provider. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

I occasionally order a 3 yd mini dumpster from them to pick up trash accumulating at my brother's home. A transaction like that should take about 2-3 minutes, but has been taking 30-60 minutes. They are supposed to be picked up 4 days after delivery unless you ask for longer, but the last one I got was still there 4 days after the day it was supposed to be picked up. I called and they said that was because it wasn't paid for yet. So I gave my credit card number to make the payment. But later when I got home I checked my credit card account and they had indeed already charged me when I first ordered it. So it looks like I am getting double charged. And the second charge includes 4 days of late charges. I'm sure I will get this sorted out with them and get a refund for my overpayment, but it is liable to take a lot of time to get it all straightened out. What should be a very simple process becomes a Kafkaesque nightmare with this company.

This establishment has been short handed and busting their butts in all weather to try and do the best they can with trying to serve such a large area. Great guys, great service and always willing to try and best the worst situatuons. Give them some credit. They deal with your garbage so you don't have to. Pay respects and remember they are human too.

They just don't even show up. This is a business account. They are several days late. I've called customer service 4 times. I've been on hold for more than 30 minutes, and still haven't spoke with anyone.

I've been waiting on a dumpster for two days ans have a crew of 5 standing with nothing to do because the dumpster still has not arrive. I will be canceling my service with them!

Every month the bill changes with fuel surcharges to admin fees as they see fit.
It could vary from $15.00 per month t$30.00 per month without any notice as well as the base charge which gets increased base on changes in the wind direction and it is always upward.
