Very bad customer service, rude employees and the manager seems like he doesn’t care at all! Considered to sign up, but after just 2 visits, no way!

I always buy many of our products sold at our food cart here. I really want to write a better review but it seems the attitude from the manager to the newest employee is really just ho-hum. Yeah, there are a few who are really nice, but for the most part, it’s just another day at work for them. Half of the time, produce is either gone for days or old and not worth buying. One time, I asked the assistant manager why many times produce was unavailable for days at a time and he just shrugged and didn’t have a reason. There is also a horrific stench coming from the back of the building too! I will continue to buy from here, just hope they will change a few things to make it better!

I like the place, you can find Halal meet there. But the customer service not that good. At least that what experienced.

Good prices, clean, and not too busy. Items do not stock out often. I don't ask for help, but they offer to help you load items into your vehicle. I like their carts, they are easier to move around.

It was very bad experience I had, I came here to buy many things the past few years and the worker there are very disrespectful. I ask for the item that is showing that have in their stock, but they are saying that we don’t have time to find it and it will arrived tomorrow. They just lied infront of me. And when I said it showing that there is 5 more cases of the items in stock, but they said their computer system is sometime have a problem. Well fix it, and tell us before we come to the store that you don’t have the items. I drove 30-40 minutes to buy the item and when I arrived they said they don’t have time to find the items for me and they don’t have in the stock even thought the computer there is more items I need in the stock. So yeah I rather go to the north Portland restaurant depot then this one in Clackamas because the worker there is disrespectful and doesn’t know what they are doing and are lazy and can’t describe how lazy they are anymore.

Great source for bulk items, without having to place a weekly order. Prices are about as good as you can find. Produce quality is decent, but not the best. Was a little irked to find they run out of things from time to time. But given that it's open all days, I can plan my trips in advance.

Receiving, is so slow. Always late, always on break, or going to lunch. And always make you late for next delivery. Worst of all Restaurant Depot' s

This is the second location in Portland, OR which makes it very convenient for me to do my restaurant supplies shopping.

Lazy people, the lady in the receiving need to be retired she is so rude, told me come back at appointment time when I went to check in she put the sign on the door "lunch break" that was my appointment time

I'm there once a week and have always had a good experience. The front desk people are helpful with questions and welcoming, the stock guys have always been friendly and helpful when I can't locate a product, and the cashiers are nice. Good prices and organized store. Yet to have a bad experience.
