Enough can't be said about the professionalism and customer oriented service these folks provide. Hands down, a mistake to go anywhere else.

I am calling Roseburg store again (5th time) Will keep u posted. I am disgusted with rotted food. My 4 disabled dogs are struggling without My special diet for them. Aaron was to be here for the 4th time and once again no show, no call, no working fridge/ freezer. Amana side by side with ice and water in the door. Guaranteed repair for $80 when it was warm throughout fridge and freezer. I never saw any parts exchanged and of course each time, the unit failed after a short while. I was told i could trade in the unit and get credit for the $80 towards a machine from the shop. A friend wants to buy it from me but it was to be in running condition. I am guessing their guarantee is worthless when they can't have my fridge for nothing. The shop has my number. Aaron has not called. I think i would like my money back. Have a blessed day. HA.

This is my second time using Restore Appliances for parts needed to fix my appliances. They have been helpful and friendly both times. They were extremely helpful and I was able to fix my dryer and refrigerator. Definitely recommend!

I've bought several items from Restore, and will continue to go back to them. (I'm about to look for a good, basic washer and dryer there, too). If you have a bad experience, reach back out to them before leaving a bad review. They are amazing people and will make it right.

These guys were so incredibly helpful. They didn't tell us what we wanted, they asked, then they found exactly what we had asked for. Their installer was super nice as well, even though the light in the laundry room went out right when they came, they figured out and installed it in the dark. Amazing experience.

Bought a used washer there a few months ago. So far no problems with it. Delivery was very smooth and on time. The uses washer I bought from this place finally broke. The pump went out. I called to get it fixed. I brought the waaher to them and it got fixed and working again with no problems in under 30 minuntes. Very happy customer.

Over priced. Went looking for a freezer and found one here for $150 found the exact same freezer for $139 brand new somewhere else.

Need a fridge gone or a truck load of them go see em an they take it all and the good will right there will take old TV's

Friendly local honest business. Bought a washer and dryer. He delivered it. It was a bit noisy, so we called, and they promptly came out and fixed the issue. Would definitely do business here again

Horrible place. Don't ever buy anything from here. I bought a washer and dryer from here and the guy raved about what a great deal I was getting, when really I just got screwed over. The washer and dryer had been painted over in some spots with white paint and so the spots looked and felt different than the rest of the appliance, but that's just cosmetic so now big deal. The dryer worked okay, it was squeaky but got the clothes dry so not many complaints there. However, when we get the set home and run a load of clothes through and it starts overflowing because the washer wouldn't drain. I went back in and they sent out a technician. He fixed that problem but then we discovered that the washer had some make shift feet on it that weren't even real feet so it was off balance and they wouldn't stay when adjusted, it wouldn't spin the clothes right so by the end of the load the clothes would still be dirty and they'd be soaked, and the inside of the washer it's self was very nasty and so our clothes always smelled and had nasty lint with hair and dirt that wasn't from us stuck to them. The washer also would shake so much during the washing that on certain cycles I would have to go in and hold the washer machine down because it moved so much and eventually one of the legs went through our floor from how bad the shaking was and every time I went in there they just got super defensive and told me what the problem could be and made me feel dumb for even suggesting there was a problem, never even offered to send someone back out, unless of course I wanted to pay for it. Don't ever go here. Save your money and spend it somewhere else. This place is a joke.

I called to see what could be wrong with my washer and the guy I talked to was eating smacking his food in my ear. Told me all I could do is take it into him. And hung up. Never had such bad customer service with them. I've bought stuff from them before and this is how I get treated. Didn't even let me hardly talk about what it may could be.

We took in our dryer with a broken belt and they fixed it at no charge, only a small diagnostic fee. They were so nice to fix it right away so we could get back home before the weather got worse. We really appreciated their kind prompt service.

We purchased a stove and refrigerator here yesterday. The transaction went smoothly and they helped us load them into our pickup. The stove seems to work great. We plugged the fridge in last night and this morning we were woken up by a loud humming sound. It's the fridge. It sounds like a motor bearing grinding or something. I will call them today and I'll update this review accordingly.

Update: I called them and they were very professional. They showed up in an hour and fixed the issue. I am very pleased with their service and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality used appliances and friendly knowledgeable staff.

I love this place, I went in thinking I needed a new fridge, but the owner explained what to do to fix it! Went home hubby followed instructions and fixed.

Moved into my first house a little over a year ago, and it was needing some new appliances. Found this place just by driving by and this place and the staff have been a true blessing to my family! They have been pleasant, professional and flexible from the first time I walked in. They work with my price range, they deliver fast, and there is no hassle whatsoever! These are my go to guys. Ive gotten my washer and dryer, refrigerator and stove from these guys, and Ive never had better functioning appliances in my life. Not only that, but everything I have bought from them looks brand new, never used. I refuse to go anywhere else before I go to this place. I HIGHLY recommend this place if your wanting quality, OUTSTANDING customer service, and the BEST prices in town.
