I want to give a high recommendation for Restore Hub. My laptop died and he was able to fix it quickly for a very reasonable price. I am a retired computer engineer and I can say with authority that he really knows what he's doing. I was very impressed with the steps he had to take to fix my laptop.

I had brought in a phone recently to get it The
Shattered screen and the back of the phone fix for my son, they were able to totally fix both back to perfect condition you can’t even tell that there was anything wrong with it! They definitely met my expectations and more.

These 2 young entrepreneurial guys offered excellent service: friendly and personable, expert care, reasonable price, quick completion while I waited at a nearby coffee shop that I adore (Ant Farm!) They also checked out 2 other issues, and made it clear they could fix them, but it 1 was unnecessary and the other a waste of money. I love that high integrity approach. I went in because there was something stuck in my phones charging port. They had me out in less than 5 minutes with my phone working! So awesome that they are local and I don’t have to drive to Gresham to get electronics fixed!

Restore Hub in Sandy saved my work laptop, which we initially thought was going to be a motherboard replacement, lots of money, and a 6 week return. I came in to see if they can help me with my I phone since I couldn’t take out my pictures and videos out to my laptop. Two gentlemen were very patient, professional, respectful, thoughtful even though the process took longer than expected… I left with my kiddos to the store while the phone was transporting pictures to the laptop. When I came back the phone was still transporting to laptop (my laptop is really slow), they stayed after hours to help me! Again, they were very professional, respectful, tactful, highly recommended!

Great experience. My computer was infected with Malware and was incredibly slow. Blake had it repaired, cleaned of unwanted programs (per my request) and had it running like a charm in less than 24 hours at a more than reasonable fee. He and his partner were both very kind and patient and allowed me to feel like I wasn't simply a "Customer" and not just a dollar to be made. That rates very high in my book.

I had a great experience with Blake at Restore Hub. My windows laptop was running super slow and I took it in to be evaluated. Needed to decide whether to update/upgrade the laptop or just buy a new one. Blake was honest with me about my options and answering all my questions so patiently. He ended up upgrading some parts in my laptop and now it feels brand new. His rates are very reasonable too. Will be a repeat customer.

I took my step daughters iPhone in that wouldn’t get past the apple logo when turning on. Blake was more then helpful! He definitely knows what he is doing. He said what it could possibly be and sure enough it was exactly one of the things he said it could’ve been! He gave me a quote on how much, that alone was better then trying to get a new phone from insurance and paying almost triple of his quote, to top it off it was actually cheaper then what he said! He had it done really fast. When you walk in his store you can tell he knows what he is doing, and he loves doing it! I’ve never liked going to stores like that because I always felt like they were trying something to play me and it always seemed so expensive everywhere I went! Not here though! I definitely recommend this store and Blake! All around a great experience! Thanks again!
