We had an amazing experience when we brought our two shy pups in for a play date. When I called to schedule them for their first visits the young man who answered the phone was super knowledgeable about dogs and answered all of my questions. By the end of their first play date both came home wiped out and we’re still wiped out the next day. They had obviously had a blast. I would absolutely recommend Reynold’s.

I used to bring my dog to this Reynolds before he passed away. My dog was a big Dutch Shepherd and had some behavioral issues from before our time together as a rescue. The staff really worked with me for over a year to make sure my dog was happy and active in his last years. They really went above and beyond.

I cherish our time together and I will always be grateful for how helpful they were until the end. His last day with them, they didn't even put him in a run for down-time, they brought him out to the yard and stayed with him. In the throws of dementia, he wasn't quite there enough to appreciate it, but I did. I really think Reynolds gave me at least 6 more months with my dog. Thank you all.

I was sure they took our misbehaving dog and traded it for a different dog. After just two weeks our boy was a totally new animal. Their training methods are humane, and work great! He's happy, we're happy, just able to take him on a camping trip where he was a perfect pet. I hardly recommend Reynolds dog resort!

Very disappointed with this company. I had heard good things about them and was looking to board my dog. Their website had no pricing information at all, which I found strange but I decided to give them a call to find out more. The representative I spoke to absolutely REFUSED to give me any information about their prices without getting my contact information. I told her I didn't feel it was necessary for them to have my full name and contact info simply to inquire about pricing and I was completely stonewalled. No information was given to me and in the end I hung up. This is absolutely ridiculous to act this way to prospective customers.

Treated my dog like family. It was clear she had been well cared for, felt safe and was healthy after a 3 day stay. Will use Reynolds for every trip from here on.

We always loved Pets stop in, we always take our Lhasa ‘s to their grooming salon, now Reynolds, our dogs feel comfortable there and don’t mind walking in and saying Hi, our sparks and Sadie leave happy and feeling wonderful. Thank you for taking such good care of our Babes️

I've twice taken a pretty nervous Springer Spaniel for grooming. He comes home smelling fresh, looking sharp, with trimmed paws and a big smile. He is happy to see me when I pick him up but never frantic - which I think means he's had a pleasant experience.

I love this place and so does my dog Sasha. When I first started taking her to be groomed Sasha tried to drag me out of the parking lot rather than go in. Now she just walks right in. The groomers have treated her with patience and love and it has paid off big time

Always willing to take 5-10 minutes outta their time to clip my dogs nails. My doggy HATES the experience, and this is one of the only places that lets me cradle her while they do the deed. I can't say enough about their staff and the professionalism they show. Not only are they 100% accommodating to our needs, the price is budget friendly at $10 (I always tip the groomer, nice lady, a real pro).

I have a terminally ill senior dog that has trouble getting in and out of the car. One of the groomers (I wish I would have got her name) came out to my car to clip my furbabies nails for me! Thank you thank you thank you! I always have e a good experience here!

I would use Reynolds Dog Resort again and recommend it. Our three dogs came out and were happy to see us but not ready to dash to the car! They were still walking around smelling things. At the vets they would be running for the door. So good job guys.

I had a dog that was recently diagnosed with anxiety problems but we had planned our vacation before we knew. The staff at Reynolds worked with us to make sure our dog got her anxiety medication while we were away, and made sure she wasn't too anxious or scared. I think she had a great time! They called us when they had questions about her care and and gave us updates.

Absolutely love them! They are super nice and professional. Very reasonably priced! My dog looked beautiful and he was very happy! Called my dad and told him to switch his groomer right away.

I loved boarding my German sheperd at Reynolds Dog Resort. The staff were super friendly and provided me with updates on my pup, given that it was her first stay. When I picked her up in the morning she was super tired and I was told she had played ball for over an hour that morning. That's what you want to hear when your dog is away from home, that they're having a great time and not just sitting in a cage waiting for you to come back. 10/10 would recommend!

Super quick and easy to get setup in the system. My pup willingly went with their staff and was sad to leave. Thanks!

I am new to Reynold's dog resort, so I called to inquire information and when I called the staff was very nice. When I went in I was greating very nicely. I took my 2 Yorkies there and they told me it would take about 3 to 3.5 hours, but they called me about 2.5 hours later! My dogs looks very cute and the staff was great! Thank you

Staff is friendly and courteous- I never have to wait for very long and they are always great with my dog.

Our two Dalmatians had a great time. They came home totally worn out. They were still clean too.
I love that the staff are so happy to see the dogs, and not just ours. We did forget to bring their evening food with us (our fault totally) I just wish the girl at the desk would have reminded us. Our dogs were so hungry by the time we got them home.
