I called Reynolds to unclog a slow-draining bathtub. The Reynolds team showed up on time and quickly cleared the clog. This is the second time I’ve used the Reynolds plumbers and have been happy with them both times.

They appear to be very experienced and the representative was knowledgeable in his field. But a 20X mark up over parts to install level 2 charger is shocking (electrical pun intended). Guess I'm going to watch some youtube videos and do it myself.

They were amazing got right to the job located the actual problem talked to the managers made sure they were understood of what the problem was they got it done in one day they were gone in a couple hours I would definitely call them again I would definitely call them first all right thank you very much and by the way you guys have great sense of humor

Montana was informative, gave us options, and advised us to wait to see if we needed options rather than pushing us to purchase them. Much appreciated, especially in the wake of a major water leak. He also referred us to a flood clean-up company who indeed told us we have invisible water logged walls, which we would not have known until the mold started. Very grateful.

Garrett & his helper did a great job. They cleared our sewer issue and directed us to where our issues is. Would recommend them.

When SUB came out to upgrade my meter they ran into some trouble. I called Reynolds and connected with Erin who went above and beyond to find my account; searching the permits database. They found the parts and arrived a few hours later — Doug fixed it up quick and called SUB to re-energized. I’m encouraged by the professionalism and efficient communication between everyone. I’ll for sure be recommending them. Did you know they now give a 10 year warranty? ! A step above the rest.
