Quiet.
Private, as campers take care to separate themselves respectfully, affording their neighbors with sufficient distance that lively conversation is not offensive or intrusive, yet friendly & inviting.

Wonderful small trail around the lake.
Great for boondocking.
Just be prepared for there not to be trash cans or toilets.

For first time offroaders, this is a great place to run at first, and the lake is awesome for fishing

I didn't hate this place! I thought it was uniquely isolated but extremely destitute of waterfowl, shorebirds & generally all walks of wildlife! Picturesque terrain & a gorgeous place 2take refuge from Bends' "Rat race"
