Rhododendron Garden reviews
8Fantastic gem! Many rare varieties of rhododendrons and other decorative species.delightful nooks and resting spots throughout.
There weren't too many flowers but the trails are nice and the walk was simple. Couple of nice wide open spaces for picnics and other things
This is a national treasure. I can't believe it's free and I didn't see one needle or piece of garbage anywhere. We're not in Portland anymore, Toto! The flowers are to die for.
Awesome garden! I didn't even know this place was here until I googled parks in Eugene for a proposal photoshoot for a couple all the way from Arizona! This place was perfect and great to walk around for a little while.
There weren't very many rhododendrons in bloom in the middle of April, but there were plenty of other flowers and trees blooming with amazing colors! There's a pretty good size area of grass for you to bring your Voodoo Donuts and have a picnic under the trees!
It's in a hilly area of Eugene so there is a good view. There are a bunch of little trails and we only walked part of them. It's really easy to get to off I5 and close to shopping/food. I want to go back soon to see what else has bloomed!
Lovely park tucked up on the hill. Some Rhodies have already blossomed, and others are just about to start. May is a great time to see them burst.
Stunning colors! Perfect time to visit. No dogs in the rhodie gardens but allowed in other parts of the park.
Wife and I took a walk and photos of the pretty flowers. Some Rhododendrons were blooming but closer to May is usually better.
One of my favorite places in Eugene. It is beautifully maintained and the flowers are gorgeous. There is a trail system throughout the garden, and it is extremely near to Matthew Knight Arena. If you are in the area, I highly recommend a walk in the garden.
