Rice Hill Inn, Oakland OR

It was really good to just get away even for one night I enjoyed it very much like a little vacation for me

Came in late around 9P. M.and room was available.
Ask if could get room close to Tow truck I was driving with 2 race cars loaded.
Receptionist showed me where to park and even got me a room that looked right at the truck.
First floor and 30 feet from truck was a relief.
The room was clean and rather spacious. The price was unbelievably reasonable. I was surprised actually had a dining table with 2 chairs.
I lost the Receipt from my stay and called them. They answered super fast and helped me in minutes with a email that had a copy of the receipt.
I would recommend if near to stop if in need of a place to stop for the night.

The sheets and towels were clean, it was nice for a motel and for the low price. Of course it’s not luxurious and the chairs had a lot of old stains, but I don’t think that’s too dramatic. My only concern is that we couldn’t lock the door from the inside, but at least it was quiet and the receptionist was nice. I would recommend it if you just need a place to spend the night.

Absolutely horrible! They have druggies living there. One night one person living there overdosed and the paramedics were there. Management was rude and not helpful at all! Don’t stay here! Dangerous place to stay!

It happened that I needed a room for two nights and the World Championship was happening in Eugene. Reluctantly, I drove to Rice Hill.

The location is easily accessed right off from i-5 and there is plenty of parking. The room was tidy, clean, and well stocked with the usual motel room items (towels, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, microwave, mini fridge, etc). There was AC, the bed was comfortable, and the TV had many channels. I didn't even have to drive to get meals or shop at the mini-mart.

The hotel is great! It's inexpensive and the managers are very friendly and outgoing! Made me feel like I was staying with mom and dad!

To add to my review! At 10 we get another walk in by the same maid demanding to know if we were a stay over! Lol check out is 11am and no person in there right mind would stay in this place 2 nights!

Friendly staff and clean rooms. We have stayed here several times and always been satisfied.

Quick stop when traveling to stay the night and rest for a while. Across from a truck stop and next to I-5

This place was extremely clean and very nice! The price was exceptional, the bed was comfortable. I was EXTREMELY impressed with this hotel! I highly recommend it!

The rooms were spacious. Microwave and refrigerator. A soaker tub. Prices were very reasonable. Staff very friendly. Cats allowed. I would recommend it.

Room was very dirty! Ants everywhere and so infested with ants they got in our luggage! Spiders in the room, floor was so dirty I didn't take my shoes off. The towels were old and grey. Don't stay here. The owner was nice, but I needed a clean room: (

Best hotel/motel experience thus far while in OR. The staff is both friendly and nice. The grounds are clean and well light. The rooms are clean, quiet, spacious, and extremely "expensive looking" for the price. It is located next to some great attractions and a HUGE Pilot Truck Stop. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rodeway Inn Rice Hill to anyone!

"Towels stained, bed sheets has cigarette holes and front desk need more attention. Overall good for last minute deal

They allowed dogs.that was the best part. Dirty, grimy and just kinda icky. Not even a coffee pot in the room. Wouldnt do it again unless it was an emergency. Overpriced for the accommodations.
