They were wonderful! They picked my car up from the Ontario Walmart and had a new starter in within 2 hours. They were all very friendly and courteous.

I locked my keys in the car while it was running. I called my roadside assistance and they couldn't get anybody closer than Boise. It was going to take 2 hrs for them to respond. I called Rich's Auto Clinic and they sent someone out to help me when the first 3 on the list wouldn't. I recommend them anytime!

We bought a motorhome and it wasn't running and he came out after hours and work this is all night and got it running and now we get to go this is a great guy and a fantastic business I'd recommend them far from none

My car broke down unexpectedly and needed a tow. Triple A hired Rich’s Auto Clinic for me. The owner was extremely thorough from start to finish, making sure to take great care of my vehicle. After towing my car to the dealership, he also took care of dropping my keys off for me in the after hours drop box as the dealership was closed. Overall great service!

Broke down at the light by Denny's on Sunday the 3rd. Thomas from Rich's towed us to their shop. New owner Justin told me what was wrong with my car. Both men were very helpful & kind. Thomas took my car & me to my house. Eternally grateful.

Make this your first call for fixing a car AC! Staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable, and explained in detail what was wrong with our AC and how to fix it. They even let us come into their shop with our dog to cool off in the air conditioning. He had us back on the road in the same day! We made it all the way to Texas and our car AC is still working well!

We ran out of gas in Oregon and we requested AAA bring us some fuel via Rich's. When all his drivers were out on runs, the owner brought out the fuel. By the time he made it out, our battery had died. He took another trip to get a jump box and get us back on the road. Many thanks to Rich's.

Absolutely horrendous experience, complete runaround. They lie to you, tell you what you want to hear and then screw you over entirely. Do not do business here, drive further, pay more, whatever you do, avoid this business at all costs.

The best mechanic experience I ever had. The owner was friendly, personable, and took the time to explain the issue with our AC in a way that was respectful, and educational. We are eternally grateful to him for finding the time on such short notice before our descent into the deserts of the western US. He really saved us and our dog from frying.

I guess they are under new management. Give them a chance! The crew was friendly and nice. I would definitely use them again.
