Kris and Tyler were fantastic! They showed up on time and quickly and professionally removed our old fence and set posts for us to build our new one. They made sure that everything was to our needs and even set up all the wood for easy access in our yard. I can't recommend Rick's enough.

These guys did a fabulous job, from the start! Their quote was upfront, no hidden surprises. The first crew that came and installed poles were professional, courteous and did a great job. The second crew who came and installed the fencing and gate's were respectful, professional and never complained when we followed them around asking questions. Jason who was our sales manager, really gave us extremely good customer service. They accidentally cut an internet cable, and there was no hesitation on their end to provide the best customer service, as well as, covering the cost to get it fixed. I have to say their work and customer service is excellent. Oh! And the finished product looks so good, you can't even notice the fencing. Amazing work on my front deck. It looks like it just belongs there - the style and construction are great. Couldn't be happier with it.

These guys are snakes. They have to pay for thier new building so they over charge and turn thier nose up at smaller jobs. Really great business practices guys. You should seriously be ashamed.

WAY OVER PRICED! I called to have a straight 45ft privacy wood fence only 6ft tall installed on a flat lot with a 10ft single swing gate for my boat installed on the back of my house to replace my current cyclone fence. The guy on the phone quoted me $4,000! WAY over priced.called others and got quotes between $1,800 and $2,500.

My deck came out beautiful after a couple of delays getting the rail materials. The workers, Daniel and Paul did a great job and kept at it until the work was done in spite of the very hot weather.

I'm very happy that I chose Rick's Custom Fencing to install my chain link fence. They were able to fit me into their schedule sooner than I'd expected. Aaron and Joe did a great job of installing the fence. They were friendly and professional, performed excellent work, and thoroughly cleaned up the job site. The price for the fence was fair. I would use their services again in the future.

Jeff in customer service has got to the nicest/slowest customer service rep I've dealt with while shopping for someone to install a fence. It's been two days since I've contacted them & no word. Moving on to another company.

I first had Rick's folks help me sets posts on a fence years ago. Then I hired them to frame my deck 18 years ago. Great job on both. This past week I needed to finish some trim on my deck after I re-did the deck surface. They came out and did a great job! Not the least expensive, but you can count on them to do a good job. My husband and I had a spec rail fence installed on our property. They did a 5 star job. Yes, they aren't the cheapest act in town but cheap isn't always the best value! My husband is pretty darn picky a tradesman himself and he was very pleased with the job they did from start to finish!

Worst place ever! Find somewhere else for your your fencing or decking needs. The installer was courteous enough but when it came down to it, the business is shady as all get out. I chose to get the post set and boards delivered.the posts are barely set in concrete, mostly just back-filled dirt and over half the boards delivered are rotted out, broken or infested with termites. After calling them, they said I chose the rustic boards so they are not returnable. Before my purchase I asked what rustic mean't in which I was told they would be knotted. Knotted is one thing but these boards are not even useable.

My installers were courteous and worked diligently. Even when things went wrong, they were polite and positive. The problems arose when the manager of the Gresham store entered the picture. We paid a high price for an excellent fence and got a C+ job instead of an A job. Then the manager made inadequate, irrelevant excuses for the mistakes made and tried to put the blame back on me! Rick's Fencing: never, never again.

Tony was a conversationalist, easy going, and so was Bruce. We're glad to recommend Rick's Fencing to our friends and family. You guys did good work. Thank you!

Scott and Rex from Ricks fending did an outstanding job on my custom order driveway gate and pergola. The driveway gate was in a difficult spot along with a sprinkler line running right where they had to put the post. Every thing they did has worked out beautifully, I would recommend them to all my friends.

Save your money and Take your business elsewhere. The sell crap wood for almost twice as much as Lowes. They shipped me cracked fencing and since it wasn't within 90 days I was SOL. I had the wood stored in the garage as the weather turned to crap and couldn't find a good time to complete. I figured it was 10 boards they would exchange them out since we spent a few grand there. Nope! Seriously You can purchased 20 cedar boards at Lowes for the price they would charge you for 10. With military you can get an additional 10% off! Do the math and save your money!

Kelly and Tony repaired my fence in high winds/heavy downpour in an hour. Nice guys- on time and efficient. Thanks for braving the elements! Happy with the results.
