16I called before driving from Drain to pick up my supplies, it still took two employees over half an hour to get the paperwork in order. Don't waste your time on these rude people!
I just read some not so good reviews, well I don’t agree. Do not hesitate to call Cory in Roseberg she is amazing. She’s knowledgeable and so helpful with all my medical supply needs. I never worry that my order isn’t right. I know that the order will be complete and on my doorstep in 2 days. Thanks Cory and Ricks Medical
Try calling them. Any location, take your pick. I have $10 against your $50 they don't answer the phone. And I'll be happy to repeat this bet any day or time. I gave one star only because zero isn't an option.
They never answer the phone. I tried for days on end but nobody answered. I then tried different departments but to no avail. Absolutley ridiculous customer service.
They will not communicate with the doctor's office about the proper wording for the insurance. The dr has sent the documents over four times and Rick's says still not good. They won't tell the doctor want they need all at once, change this. Now change that. They want us to rent equipment that insurance covers do we pay more out of pocket and they get more money.
Not very good customer service. Ordered on line for faster, better service. I would not recommend Rick's Medical.
I have tried for weeks to get a response from Rick's Medical Supply to pick up their equipment. I call every morning and I can get an answering machine. I give my name, address, along with a pleasant message to please come pick up their equipment. I have yet to get a response.
What to do? My husband is on Hospice and is ill It's frustrating to have this equipment to be in our main hallway and living room. I would avoid this company because they do not respond after countless of messages left on their answering machine.
Hospice went with another company and supplied a new bed and table for my husband. I have not heard why they went with another company, but I can certainly guess why.
Avoid this company at all costs. They will falsify documents and use all unethical practices possible to make a buck. I've witnessed them use discriminatory and illegal practices against customers. Go to anyone else if you can. Rick's is run by the worst kind of people.
Excellent selection and truly helpful, knowledgeable staff. They make it so easy to track which medical equipment my dad's health insurance covers so he can stay up-to-date without worry. Thanks!

This place is horrible. The lady is extremely rude. They have delivered the wrong size diapers for almost a year now and they insist that my son doesn't wear the size he is prescribed. This place is absolutely horrible don't go to Rick's medical supply.
5: 15 pm on a Fri. My custom wheelchair breaks down. A caster bolt completely broke. Ron completely bailed me out! A small shop charge and I was on my way. Save my weekend! This place has great customer service. Moving here from Portland and we sure don’t get people like That out there.
Very knowledgeable staff. Helpful and polite. Got me the best deal she could. I highly recommend. Less hassle than Spectrum and more affordable.
Since it was time for me to order a new electric wheelchair my first and upmost thoughts were cost.
However was I wrong, my first consideration should have been service after sales and since I live in a small coastal city with no electric wheelchair outlets, service after sales should have been my first priority. I am truly glad that I called Robert Garza from Rick’s Medical in Roseburg, OR. Who made the time to explain this all to me and set me straight. My compliments to Mr. Robert Garza for your timely effort and at the ends ordering the chair for a price they advertised.
I have had nothing but issues with this place and customer service. I've had to complain many times. They never have Diabetic Supplies in order. Never informed of any changes. Most of the time I'm told they can't access my file and someone will call me back. Never happens. Then things get blamed on insurance and yada yada. So tired of it and I can't go anywhere else. Dislike this company so much.
I have had a couple of bad experiences with the cpap store just not getting my supplies right so i finally had to call and talk with the Manager Jason on this problem and let me just say he knows his job and does it very well my problem has been solved Thanks Jason very much for all your help that they could not do over at the cpap store
