Service and drinks were awesome. They got a shuffleboard table and even some lottery if you're feeling lucky. New owner Anthony is a stand up guy. Go on in if you're ever in Rockaway beach looking for a good ole down home bar and eatery.

Looks like the place has been there since Columbus. Great burgers and shuffle board.not for kids im going back

I enjoy tossing some beers down my neck here, always good music playing, they also have shuffleboard and video poker and it's bigger inside than you would guess from the outside. See ya there!

If you are lucky enough to get Alexis' homemade clam chowder (her Grandma's recipe), then you'll know what clam chowder is supposed to taste like️Eating some now The cook in this kitchen is also phenomenal.knows what he's doing️

Under new management and very pleasant! Had good food and Alexis made us some VERY good drinks, was so good we went 2 days in a row while we were in town

RUDE RUDE RUDE bartender. This woman ignored us as she kept talking to her “locals”. Once we got our drinks we realized they were wrong (after one sip) and she refused to remake our order claiming “that is what you asked for and you drank from the glass”. I answered “How was I to know it was wrong without tasting it” to which she just shrugged her shoulders. We left our drinks on the spot without paying. Do not recommend if you are not her “locals”. I hope the new owners address her poor customer service.

Was in with my mother and brother and was completely ignored by the very rude female bartender. She messed up our drinks and refused to remake them claiming “That’s what you ordered”. If you don’t know how to make a drink just say so and we can make a change to our order. Don’t blame us because all you can pour are shots and beer. Will never go back and neither should you. Too bad as there are not many choices left in Rockaway at this time.

Was supper happy about how the new owner cleaned up and Pete is a great Cook but the bartender is to much drama and has no respect for anyone

Went here to get a drink and was refused service because I had my service dog with me. The blonde stated that only seeing eye dogs were the only service dogs allowed in the establishment. Proceed to tell me that they were the only officially trained service dogs under the Americans with Disabilities Act. This establishment doesn’t care about other disabilities individuals have and/or the difference between Emotional support animals, companion animals. VERY upsetting.

The new owner has this place sparkling clean and food was a good meal for the price plus food specials nightly. It was busy might may need more help

The owner Anthony and the bartender Alexis, are AMAZING. You can tell Anthony has a true love for this place and what he does and it shows in every aspect of the place. They are the kindest people I’ve run into in a while. Their food was amazing and their drinks were awesome as well. If you have the chance to come here, I would highly recommend! (21+)

I have a soft spot in my heart for small town, unpretentious drinking establishments where people are kind, the staff works hard and local regulars hang out, and where you can get a drink, a hearty burger, perfect fries and a nice side salad. Rick's is that sort of place. Five stars.

Rick’s Roadhouse has re-opened! I was here a year ago and it’s greatly improved. Very clean - home town friendly - one of the best burgers I ever had. Margaritas? Excellent. Don’t miss this dive bar. Only opened right now Tuesday - Saturday 3-10pm. Worth the stop

I would give it zero stars If possible. I sat the bar and waited while the lady behind the bar talked to people at the other end.after a few minutes she turned and snarled.what do you want and then turned back around and kept talking and never spoke to me again. I got up and left. Would not recommend for any reason.

Ordered dip sandwich, and half of the HOT au jus wound up on my lap.ouch! Server oblivious to the burning, and I didn't push it. Had to go to a party smelling like a sandwich. Too loud, and service was substandard. No complaints, just won't go back
