Forgot my mattress to my bed and when said to return between 5-6 pm. I was the one to have to call when they said they would give me a notice and it was a no show no call. The delivery was then placed in the hands of the warehouse.on top of that my recliner was used a total of 4 times and in doing so, it resulted in the handle in which allows to recline fell off upon closing the chair to stand up.

I looked all over town to locate a good double recliner. They have the best value and better made products than most of the furniture stores in town. Great end of the year price enjoying our new double recliner / loveseat.

I appreciated how the staff listened to my needs and what I was looking for. I’d been to several furniture stores that day but Rifes ended up having a couch set color I hadn’t thought about. The quality was solid and I made my buying decision with them instead.
I chose to pick up the furniture at their warehouse instead of a home delivery. Staff at the warehouse were quite helpful too.

Ask for Matt. He is the best salesman I’ve ever met. Matt isn’t your typical salesman, he cares about your budget, wants, and needs. He doesn’t just try to sell you something, he tries to help you find what you’re looking for. I’ve been a long-time rites customer and have never been disappointed.

My sales person Brian, was the first part of my great experience. No pressure, helpful and knowledgeable about his furniture. Very easy to work with and I felt confident in his expertise. The next great experience were the two men that delivered and assembled my furniture. Mike and Dalton are perhaps the hardest working people Rife's has. Hopefully those delivery guys are well appreciated at Rife's. My delivery was 6th of 7 in their day, so I know they had already worked a full day by 4 pm when they showed up at my house. They were friendly, fast and HARD WORKING fellows. Perhaps the best part was that they were very tidy and entirely cleaned up after themselves. Great experience over all.oh, and I absolutely love my new furniture!

I was in search of a recliner, at first we went into Micheal home furniture 3 sales people walked past not even a hello. We went next door to Rifes and immediately was greeted, such wonderful service we felt like family. Found a great recliner! Thank you for your outstanding service we will be back!

Excellent service both at time of purchase and for delivery. Chris at the Gateway store was very welcoming. They never pressured us or hovered in that annoying way I can't stand when you want to look around. The gentlemen who made the delivery were efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.

I would recommend buying through Rife's Home Furniture.
I bought a beautiful Dresser and I had it at my home within a couple of hours. Great price and great customer service ordering and picking it up at the warehouse.
