The staff at West Avenue were a pleasure to deal with. I recently purchased a Fjiord chair. After taking it home and trying it out for an evening, I did not like how it felt. They were gracious about accepting the return, and I ended up buying another Fjiord chair from them that works much better for me. Very happy with my purchase.

We ordered a new desk, and we got exactly what we wanted. Everything went totally well, from the purchase to the delivery.

If you want QUALITY furniture, this is your place. My husband and I have purchased a few wood pieces in the past and our most recent purchase was a bedroom set for our guest bedroom. The furniture itself is BEAUTIFUL, but also, the delivery was SPECTACULAR! The delivery people called ahead of time and verified that someone would be home and the set up and install was done fast. The cherry on top was the mattress we bought (bed in a box) was in our garage and my husband asked the two delivery drivers if they could possibly bring it inside (my husband is ill) and put in on the new bed frame and without hesitation, they did. My husband was really happy about this because it meant one less thing I had to do and when I got home from work, everything was all put together. Thank you to West Ave Furniture and the kind people you have working for you, it DOES make the difference.

I've bought a modern-style Amish-crafted dining table set as well as a modern glass-top TV stand from this place, and years later they look fantastic. Very pricey, yet timeless heirlooms. I will very likely come back here for more in the future.
