Won't even answer the phone.
Edit: they are pretty slammed busy every waking hr, when I went in they worked as hard as they could and got me filled as soon as they could. Prob more of a corporate/mgmt issue AND lack of compitent working American issue

If I could give 0 stars I would. This pharmacy is awful.

They never answered the phone, for 2 days straight. I had to get a cashier to go ask them to answer their phone. When they finally did answer, the pharmacist said they didn’t have the medication, couldn’t get it, and wouldn’t transfer my script right away because they were too busy. When I urged them to transfer it fast because I needed the meds, they were raising voices, laughing me off. When they finally told me they transferred it, my new pharmacy called me to say that the fax from Rite Aid just said “we don’t have her prescription”). Just the worst experience. I’ll never step into a Rite Aid for anything again.

You can never get through to speak with anyone if you experience difficulties trying to request a refill through the website or phone line. No one answers. Changing pharmacies.

Go literally anywhere but here. I've had issues picking up my prescriptions almost every single time Ive come here. They don't answer their phone. They won't inform you if there is an issue. Probably 1 in 3 times I've gone there I had to come back another day because they didn't actually fill my prescriptions and didn't order it when they were out of it.

The pharmacy lines are always Soviet era bread-line long. Makes airport TSA and DMV looks like models of hyper-efficiency.

I've moved here in October and I don't think the pharmacy ever picked up the phone at all since then. Idk if New York is different but everywhere else actually picks up the phone

If I could give negative stars I would. Never in my life have I experienced the repeated rudeness the pharmacists at this location constantly exhibit. There is absolutely no need for them to be so disrespectful and mean to people just trying to fill a prescription.

I had to go to the pharmacy 3 times to get my complete prescription. I called 9 times trying to speak to someone to confirm it was ready and no one ever picked up. To add to that the second time I went I waited over 30 minutes in line for them to tell me it wasn't ready.this is not the first time this has happened and I'm sure it won't be the last. It's abhorrent they are the only pharmacy on the north side otherwise I would definitely take my business elsewhere. This was the worst experience yet.

This is the worst rite aid pharmacy by far. They don't process your script in a timely manner, they NEVER awnser the phone it is horrible I do not recommend!

Been trying to get a hold of someone.anyone.so they can transfer my prescription to a functional pharmacy and there has not once been a response.

My response to the owner's response: I have been in contact with customer care and corporate support both of whom have promised to follow up. I am STILL not able to get my prescription and I am STILL not able to get through on the phone and I am STILL waiting for a response from anyone. This is actually absurd, this business does not function at all.

Never ever ever answer the phone, not in the pharmacy or any other part of the store, I can't be courteous and let them know that I will need to cancel my booster shot scheduled appointment, since I'm coughing heavily today and don't want to spread my germs, but, hey nobody, no one person will ever pick up the phone, I could sit on the phone all day trying to get a person, and it will just ring all day everyday, the rite-Aid company does not care one tiny bit, they just put it along their poor employees to filter all the angry customers, It has been like this for the last nine years.

For the pharmacy: They will not put you in queue to be filled until you show up and wait in their 30 min line after you call it in. I’ve repeatedly called 5-7 days before I run out for my prescription and still not ready.when I asked how long do you need they just said “25 min from now, that’s our wait time. ” AFTER waiting in line for 30 min. Would not give me a number of days it would be ready. Very frustrating and a GIANT waste of your time.

Horrible customer service. I tried calling their pharmacy for 45 minutes today and never got through. They either let it ring or straight up answer the phone and then hang up. Completely unprofessional.

My experience was NOT with the pharmacy.thank goodness, as most of the reviews report horrible issues with that department. I have a relatively minor issue, but an irritation none the less. I've never been in this store but made a quick stop to pick up a bottle of Windex. While shopping, I also picked up a bottle of wine - one of my favorites that was available at a good price. At check out, the cashier asked for an ID.hmmm, I turn 73-yrs.old next week, but I comply as I assume it is simply store policy. I showed my driver's license still in my wallet. The cashier indicated she couldn't see the expiration date, so I had to wrestle the card out for her. I'm thinking, 'This is ridiculous. ' I can understand asking for an ID if one's appearance makes the age determination difficult but come-on.the cashier wasn't much younger than me.why do we need to play this game? I just felt the whole encounter insulted my intelligence. I'll never shop Rite Aid again.

Half the store is missing? I wonder where it is? Literally half the store is empty shelves. I do not believe it is a shipping issue still although the cashier insist that’s the problem. This store is way less stocked then the other location. Yet way more stocked on alcohol! No shipping issues there it’s a entire wall basically. Makes you wonder what is really going on there? Rite aid computer automated response is not necessary for this post. Lol

This pharmacy is probably the least efficient pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The automated prescription pick up request doesn’t work. I’ve given them a 2 day buffer and still have to wait 45 minutes to refill a bottle. Looking forward to visiting a different pharma in the future.

This Pharmacy is awful, send text messages saying your prescriptions are ready, two days later, they are still not ready. Have called SEVERAL TIMES the past 6-8 weeks and have yet to have the pharmacy answer their phone!
Also asked in the text if I would like to pay ahead of time, I did. And the money was taken from my bank account, yet had me pay for the prescription!
