Very helpful, patient, and friendly customer service.
The manager is often present on the floor and has helped me find items several times.
A very nice gentleman (assistant manager?) was so kind to get all the planters in the color I wanted down from a top shelf.
I am always impressed with the service, cleanliness, and organization of this store each time I visit.
Also the Pharmacy Drive up is an awesome touch!

I had a a fantastic costumer service experience experience at my local Rite aid! One cashier, John I think, provided a great friendly conversation as I checked out my anti-diarrheal. He was really cute and didn’t comment on my medications. Well done!

There is this worker named Omar and he is a god tier cashier. With him and his supporting cast they have been able to create a perfect and professional work environment while having fun and getting the job done. I applaud Omar’s effort for being just an angel and really making sure that I was comfortable in the store. God bless his heart.

I was calling in a prescription from my dental office. Apparently I was too slow giving the DOB and they hung up on me. How unprofessional

Takes way to long to fill prescriptions. Even ones issued by the surgeons saying it's needed immediately. Trying to find a new pharmacy

Their employees put their merchandise in the wrong area and do not match the price they mess ip on. Correct merch wrong price. If it was a $1 difference the manager said theh could. Wow, there are better stores than you that i will pay twice the price bc of your bs.

Not to be rude but just because you have a gimp leg doesn't mean you don't have to do your job and refill the shelves with product. You're not understaffed you're are just lazy man get it right

I've been served well by this pharmacy. I generally reach someone quickly by phone and my questions are satisfactorily answered. Today the person I spoke with saved me a lot of time and some money by helping me find a good coupon offer. Thank you!

Rude pharmacy staff that are unhelpful. With so many options in town, I recommend going literally anywhere else. Also, prescriptions take FOREVER for no apparent reason.

Don't go there for taking your photo especially for passport; The photographer is a nice man but he was incompetent and seriously unfair. He gave 4 pieces of photos at 17.88$ and he didn't give me the file. The photos were so dark that I had to throw them into his trash can. I provided 4 normal acceptable pieces of photos at another store in downtown at 12.54$. He emailed me the file as well.

Speaking to someone to get your refill at 12: 30pm and being told your order will be ready by 4, showing up and being told they filled 1 of the 4 items and they need at least 2 more hours to finish! No wonder everyone talks badly of this store! Including doctors!

Pharmacy is plagued by human error. Automated refill requests are processed manually, and are overlooked, forgotten, or deleted without follow through. The default excuse is "technology, " but the real reason is lack of human accountability. For the sake of public health please get your act together!

I have always had amazing customer service at this location and they have really gone above and beyond at times. They have caught medication conflicts that my doctor did not even catch and could have been fatal. Great hours & location, just cannot say enough about them:)

Worst service ever - If you have tons of extra time to make multiple trips to the pharmacy, only to be told your prescription isn't ready when they said it would be, this is the pharmacy for you.

I've never been to a pharmacy - ever - that didn't have a line, folks. That's the nature of the beast. You can tell they're all working hard and not standing around. Good customer service and comparative pricing. The only thing I wish they'd change is that at Walgreens they call you when your prescription is ready while at Rite Aid you have to call them. Oh well. Happy New Year everybody!

Abysmal service. Don't have the Rx in when it should be, tell us to return an hour later and it will be ready, we return an hour later, and it's still not ready - come back tomorrow. Are you kidding me? This happened twice in a row. We changed pharmacies.

Edit: Lol, I now understand why everyone gave the bad reviews. Since that one wonderful day every other transaction has been kinda messed up. Dang!

(old review) I would give 6 stars if possible. Good friendly people, I had some special situations and they handled it like it was no big deal whatsoever. Thank you to everyone there! A million times better than where I lived before.

I phoned in a prescription refill using their automated phone app. I was told that my order, a very simple one, would be ready at 1: 15. I waited until 2: 15, just to be sure. They hadn't even started it and I had to wait. Why bother to pre-order the refill if it doesn't make any difference.
