Rite Aid, Portland OR

I’m a care giver for a very elderly patient. We went to rite aid today on division and a lady by the name of Casey was very rude to my patient. She was short with her and cut her eyes at her. As medicine being her field of study I would expect her to be a little more sensitive to customers coming in to refill medication for their medical disabilities. Very unprofessional and just not okay. Not sure how she has a job treating people that way. Treating elderly that way at that. Not a smile or anything. Wouldn’t even ask my client to give her, her ID she just held her hand out! Very rude. We’ll be back around 2pm to pick up the prescription and I expect my client is treated with respect this time.

Went in on friday and they said my script would be ready wednesday.then i came in wednesday and they said there was no script available.bs.

EVERY TIME is bad customer service. A rare medication should not cause this much grief every month.

The people who answer the phone are rude as well as unhelpful.

I absolutely love this rite aid. Everytime I walk in the Asian lady Greets me like I'm an old friend. They are so funny and very personable. Great customer service.

Horrible customer service at this location. They had us do their job by asking us to call the prescribing doctor to verify the medicine, and my father left with pain the whole day because they couldn't do their job right.

Pharmacist is gone 1.5 hours for lunch daily. I'm not dropping off an rx for pain then have to wait two hours to pick it up. Totally ridiculous. Walgreen is now my go to.

Customer service is always nice and polite.
Their pharmacy is quick.
Nice seating.
Most of all their stuffed animals and kids toys at this time are half off.

I have been going here for years on and off, and these guys are very HONEST and I appreciate that, had a pill miscount and I left the store. I thought oh god I am! @#@d went back in and they were very nice and again I appreciate it. I have cancer and stress is something I do not need …. So THank you rite aid pharmacy employees.

Attempted to use their apps "clip to load" function on 2 separate days and was treated terribly by the staff members who didn't understand the app and how to honor THEIR OWN STORES COUPONS. One even tried to blatantly lie about how the app works just to not deal with the hassle of using a coupon. Awful location. Rite aide is okay but the employees at this location are just the worst. Rude, unhelpful and lazy. Won't be back.

Absolutely terrible store. Asked to use the restroom, as a pregnant woman and it being an emergency, and was refused. Was treated like I shouldn't be there, I feel bad for who they must deal with, but it was unacceptable for them to tell me to "go around and ask other stores nearby". I also wasn't allowed to use my coupon, thru Rite Aid rewards that I got for my birthday, 25% off entire purchase. Will never come back, I've never experienced such a horrible Rite Aid or been treated so rudely. I will also be contacting corporate about my experience

It's near my house, so I end up there a fair amount. Good deals on a lot of things, but be ready to spend a long time in line. The way the counter is set up is not efficient for more than one or two small items, so the clerks spend a lot of time shifting items from one place to another as they ring you up. I still shop there, but never if I am in any kind of hurry.

Horrible pharmacy, nothing is ever ready on time, and the pharmacist always take too long of breaks

Long wait time in pharmacy. Every single time. Will be using another pharmacy from now on.

Can't find any help in the store when you need it. Not sure how this store that is always empty stays in business.

Nice staff, but a lot of weird and drugged up costumers. Uncomfortable to say the least. Other than that you have everything you could want from a Rite Aid.

There's always someone screwing up my insurance information in the pharmacy and they treat all customers like the junkie customers who wander in constantly and make problems. They won't let anyone use the bathroom. A couple weeks ago I went in to get my rescue inhaler, I was having an asthma attack in the store for 30 minutes before they finally got my inhaler. Which was already filled and ready. The pharmacists are idiots.

The worst public bathroom ever smells like urine that's the worst part about the store is their bathroom go to burger king across the street even that's better. Over the store is nice and clean but STAY AWAY FROM THE BATHROOM

I searched pharmacies open near me. It came back saying this was open at 8 am so I drove on over there. I arrive and the pharmacy was closed. I mention to the clerk that their time was misquoted online. He said. "we know" but that's store hours not the pharmacy. So evidently they don't understand that they are a drug store that has a pharmacy and it's sorta misleading to know that the search shows that and no action has been taken to fix a confusing situation. But you know what? I can get over that for sure, but it was the attitude that came with the info that irritated me. So i patiently wait over half an hour for them to open.i am the first customer in line and hand my significant others prescriptions to the sourpuss behind the counter. I didn't know she was a sourpuss YET, but it didn't take long to connect the dots.

We had been up Almost all night at the ER, my guy having injured his back pretty bad. Bad enough for the hospital to order an MRI, which they usually don't like to do on the spot. Anyhow i was tired and bedraggled.i looked unkempt and felt super tired and at this point, I'm beginning to suspect they've profiled me because my appearance isn't up to Par this morning. Im pretty sure they've decided I'm a drug addicted hooker that's up to no good!

I try to explain to Sourpuss that my guys insurance is new and that's why i have his member number written down on a post-it. Sourpuss asks me several questions i don't really know how to answer. I'm really tired and i do the best i can. Sourpuss scrutinizes my guys driver license like it might Still be warm from the portable laminating machine she thinks i may have in my purse. She stares at it for so long i finally chime in with "don't worry, that's ones REAL" I gave up forging DMV identities years ago" she looked up at my remark but didn't even crack a smile. So now I'm thinking i shouldn't have said that and she might have her fingers on a secret button under the counter from which to silently alert the FBI as to my exhausted and slovenly appearance. I seriously stop to consider if I might end up a P. O. I in my community after this visit to Rite-aid!

All kidding aside. She was very rude and told me. This number tells me nothing. I need to know blah, blah and blah. And i didn't know any of the blah answers! So after all the crappy treatment i ask to use the restroom, i have after all been waiting in my car for awhile​ waiting. I'm told there are no public bathrooms. She says " we don't allow people off the street to use our private bathrooms. Ok. Point taken. I shall never ever shop at any riteaid again! They are judgmental classists​, who practice economic profiling and should, in my opinion, be ashamed of themselves for treating anyone poorly based on appearance alone! I definitely looked as if I'd slept in my clothes, and the dark circles and uncombed hair weren't helping matters at all. So i realize i looked like a warmed over crap casserole but Hey! Who doesn't after spending half the night at the ER and didn't catch but a wink of sleep!

Maybe Riteaid will see this and work towards purging the company of. Dare i say it.undesirables? My judgment is based on consideration of how they treat individuals. Not on their appearance! Shame on you RITE AID!

Old lady cashiers who are SO SLOW. Like, it takes 15 minutes per customer. Also, drug addicts loonys come in, cut in line, knock crap over. It's just ridiculous.
