Rite Aid Pharmacy reviews
20I’ve always had a great experience with this pharmacy, everything is always ready and employees are always kind and courteous.
Store was clean and well lit. Associate Lela made my visit so efficient and pleasant, cheered up my whole day! And kudos to RiteAid for the name badges with the associates preferred pronouns, this is a big deal to me and makes a difference in where I shop, there are a lot of choices for drug stores in Redmond, Oregon. I hope all the employees take a note of how Lela cares for people.
Advertise Walk in Flu Shots but asked at Pharmacy and told not doing them today. Then don't advertise walk ins
I was berated by an employee for being upset that they hadn't filled a medication after several requests because it needed approval from my doctor. The woman yelled at me from her station, not even bothering to come talk to me like a person, in front of other customers and employees. I felt humiliated and didn't get my medications that day. This had been an ongoing problem since before COVID and they tried to blame it on COVID. They also told me that *I* should call my doctor office for refill approval even though that's what they're supposed to do. I was told by my doctor that I shouldn't call because it can mess things up in their system if a double request is put through. I switched all of my prescriptions out same day. I did get a call from a regional manager and told him that I wouldn't go into another rite aid again even if I was dying of dehydration and they were offering free water.
The most unfriendly pharmacy staff I have ever dealt business with. The shirt Mexican gal needs to be fired for her cold cross attitude. I understand you might be understaffed but you sure as hell ain't gonna take out your frustrations out on me this is the last time I'll ever shop here
Definitely getting better at service since people are actually going back to work. Keep up the good work
Don't expect anybody to pick up the phone called multiple times a day nobody picks up you might as well just disconnect the phone
Staff is always welcoming as soon as you get through the door. Great prices on sales items. This store is my go to store as well as my pharmacy
This is, by far, the worst pharmacy in town. Toxic work environment creating toxic employees. If you call them inquiring if they have a medication in stock, you're met with annoyance and gatekeeping. I was asked if I was a patient with them and if I had a prescription that needed to be filled. When I told them that I would have my doctor send my refill to them if they had stock, I was simply told that they would only check their stock for existing patients. I had moved my prescriptions from Rite Aid to Fred Meyer because of the treatment and coldness of the employees in the pharmacy. When I would request refills, it would take several days more than the time line set by an employee behind the counter. Then, when I would call or return to the pharmacy at the expected time to pick up my refill, I often received cold responses in an annoyed tone of voice with no eye contact while they stared at their computer screen, making it obvious that I was burdening them. Worse, the response would ALWAYS be that the prescription was not ready and that they didn't know when it would be. This is why I left for another pharmacy over a year ago. Now I know, without a doubt, that things haven't gotten any better and I will let anyone know that they should stay away.
Greeted with appreciation and friendliness, helped me out when I needed help, friendly conversation, store was nice and clean and overalI was very well taken care of!
Always have my prescriptions ready when I need them. Very efficient. Rarely have to wait in line.
RitAid Redmond pharmacy is way better than Walgreens. I'm glad I changed pharmacies. Although Walgreens has a much better online system.
Extremely rude! Just really don’t get it. Was lied to as to where my prescription was. They insisted I already picked up then had the audacity to say my signature matched prior prescriptions. Then they found it! Utterly shocked!
If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. A young women working the pharmacy register on Thursday 4/13 around 12pm told me my medication would be $250 dollars, when it’s never been that expensive before. Then my family member went in to check the price, and they were told 3 dollars for it, and that I completely lied about being told my medication would be way more expensive.
I will be switching pharmacies as this one clearly can’t hired people to do their job correctly, and has employees cause patients with mental illnesses to feel even worse about themselves.
Nobody answers the phone. They expect you to drive there to get the not ready word. Which if they would answer the phone, problem solved. Duh.wake up Corporate!
Unless you are willing to go in and let them know that you need to pick up your prescription, it won’t ever be ready. This is a two stop shop and you can never expect for your prescription to be ready even if it has been two days since it was sent it.
The staff at this store is awesome, especially Carol!
The pharmacy, however, never answered the phone after a week of trying!
The only way I learned that my prescriptions were there and ready for pick up was because of store employee Carol! She's a blessing and an asset to Rite Aid.
I provide personal services such as picking up prescriptions and groceries for home bound seniors. This is consistently the worst pharmacy I have to deal with.
They should feel lucky that I gave them a two star. I have been calling for two days and nobody answers the phone.
My request for Covid tests paid for by Medicare was rejected because they misspelled my name. They wouldn't correct it. While they're understaffed, there is no excuse. I visited in the morning and was told they would be ready in about ninety minutes and they would text me. When I didn't receive a text, I went back and waited in a long time only to be told the claim was rejected. They blew me off when I asked why they didn't contact me. They gave me a printout which showed they had misspelled my name.
Today I received a reply saying to contact them. I had already contacted them through their online chat system yesterday and was told I would hear from someone in five business days. I'm not holding my breath. I went to another pharmacy today and had the tests in less than ten minutes.
I am done with Rite Aid.
