7Sweet little community. My grandma loves that everyone is a part of the community and they have a monthly lunch together. There are lots of young families all the way to retired elderly. The management is sweet.
Very nice, well kept park. Beautiful views since many of the streets are on hills. Diane and Mike are great managers.very professional, courteous and caring.

I live in River Place for the past 10 years. Our street is just lovely.
We have raised our children here and now sharing it with our grandbabies. We have had issues from the new development affecting our lot and are hoping that the District Manager will be getting the issues handled. We have lived here for a long time and it should be a priority to fix the problems.
A great location with excellent amenities, affordable homes and friendly staff.
